Box Office: Gadar 2 Third Saturday Early Estimates

Mumbai, August 26 - Gadar 2 which smashed records in the second week as it emerged as the highest-grossing second-week film post-pandemic has witnessed huge growth on the third Saturday of its box office run. The early estimates suggest 12.50 crores net collection today, which is around 75% growth from Friday.## This is a phenomenal trend for the north-based mass action film and if the film sees another growth like this tomorrow then it is almost certain to join the 500cr net and even beat Pathaan to emerge as the biggest ever in the Hindi format. The growth is universal and across the board and hence the film could see another big jump tomorrow as the appreciation for the film is just next level. ## These collections are coming against opponents like OMG2 and Dream Girl2 and if not for these the film would have already crossed the 500cr net by now. Box Office: Gadar 2 Surpasses KGF 2 To Become The Third Highest-Grossing Film In Hindi Domestically

Mumbai, August 26 - Sunny Deol-fronted Gadar 2: The Katha Continues has become the 3rd highest-grossing film of all time in the Hindi language at the domestic box office. It has surpassed Yash-starrer KGF: Chapter 2 which scored 435 crores net last year, to claim the 3rd spot.## Gadar 2, on its 3rd Saturday (16 days), reached around 440 crores net collection. It is now behind only Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion (511 crores net) and Pathaan (524 crores net). G2 is expected to reach 500 crores net mark by 4th week to become only the 3rd film ever in Hindi to do so.## At the same point in time (16 days), G2 is ahead of SS Rajamouli's directorial BB2 (415.05 crores net) and is behind Pathaan (442.50 crores net), but only just. Los Angeles, August 26 - Two of the biggest Indian movies of the year, Prabhas-fronted Salaar Part 1 - Ceasefire and Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan on course to emerge massive openers at the US box office as the advance booking for both the movies are continuing with the great momentum. ## Directed by Prashanth Neel, Salaar is literally going berserk in its pre-booking and is certain to emerge as one of the biggest Indian openers there. According to the tracker, Venky Reviews, the film has sold approximately 14620 tickets worth $418.8K (3.50 crores) so far from 1012 shows in 337 locations for the premieres. ## The advances opened just a few days back and there are still 31 days left for the first show (28 Sept. release). The movie will be eyeing at least $1.5+ million in premiere advance sales and the opening day (including premieres) could well be around $4 million. Mumbai, August 26 - After Pathaan earlier this year, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is set for another potential blockbuster ride with the action thriller film Jawan which is scheduled to release on September 7, 2023. Box Office: Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani Becomes The Fifth Biggest Bollywood Grosser In North America

Mumbai, August 23 - Karan Johar's directorial romantic family drama film "Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani" continues to mint money at the box office as it has become the 3rd highest-grossing outright Bollywood movie of 2023 worldwide.## At the North American box office, "Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani" is now the 5th highest-grossing Bollywood movie of all time. It has so far grossed approximately $8.85 million in the US and Canada in 26 days and is likely to settle with this. ## As far as Indian movies are concerned, RRKPK is the 7th highest-grossing film there, ahead of SS Rajamouli's "Baahubali: The Beginning" which grossed $8.45 million in its full run. Box Office: Gadar 2 Second Wednesday Early Estimates

Mumbai, August 23 - Gadar 2 continues its excellent trend on the second Wednesday of its box office run as the early estimate collections suggest another double-digit day. The film has shown a drop of around 15%. It is expected to continue with the same momentum for the next couple of days and the third Friday is going to be very crucial for Gadar 2 when Dream Girl 2 will release. ## The early estimate suggests 10-10.50 crores net collection on the film's second Wednesday. This takes the total collection of the movie to around 411 crores net in 13 days. The film will beat the numbers of KGF2 by Saturday to emerge as the second-highest-grossing film in Hindi ever and then the race for the top spot will begin. ## It is still a long way for Gadar 2 to cross the numbers of Pathaan though the historic 500cr net number looks well within the range. 'Dream Girl 2' Advance Booking Status And Early Opening Day Box Office Prediction

Mumbai, August 22 - Ayushmann Khurran and Ananya Pandey-fronted comedy-drama film "Dream Girl 2" is getting ready to release on August 25. Directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa and produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, Dream Girl 2 is a spiritual sequel to the 2019 film Dream Girl. ## Being a sequel to a box office hit movie, Dream Girl 2 is carrying a lot of expectations as far as the box office numbers are concerned. Mumbai, August 22 - Gadar 2 continues to see superb hold on the second Tuesday of its box office run as early estimates suggest 11.50 crores which can go to 12 crores net collection which is only a 10-15% drop from yesterday. The final collection may vary a little bit depending on the performance of mass centers.## The second Tuesday collections will take the total collections of Gadar 2 to 400 crores net box office mark give or take a few lakhs. The film has become only the second Hindi film to cross this benchmark after Pathaan and both of them were released this year only which is the biggest plus for the industry. ## Gadar 2 will continue this trend for the next couple of days and it will be Thursday and Friday which will determine where the film is going.
