Box Office: Gadar 2 Third Saturday Early Estimates

Mumbai, August 26 - Gadar 2 which smashed records in the second week as it emerged as the highest-grossing second-week film post-pandemic has witnessed huge growth on the third Saturday of its box office run. The early estimates suggest 12.50 crores net collection today, which is around 75% growth from Friday.

This is a phenomenal trend for the north-based mass action film and if the film sees another growth like this tomorrow then it is almost certain to join the 500cr net and even beat Pathaan to emerge as the biggest ever in the Hindi format. The growth is universal and across the board and hence the film could see another big jump tomorrow as the appreciation for the film is just next level.



These collections are coming against opponents like OMG2 and Dream Girl2 and if not for these the film would have already crossed the 500cr net by now. The other huge blockbusters post-pandemic KGF2 and Pathaan had free runs at the box office for 3-4 weeks but Gadar2 had competition from the first show despite that the film has managed these historic collections.

The third Saturday collections will take the total collections of Gadar2 to around 339 crores net box office mark. The third weekend of the film now stands around 20 crores net box office mark with Sunday yet to come and the film is certain to clock around 37-38cr or even higher. The film will be around 460cr net box office mark or near about after the business on the third Sunday and then it will all boil down to the holds on the weekdays which will determine whether Gadar2 will settle around In the final run.
