Makers Gear Up To Launch A Power-Packed Trailer of Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan'

Mumbai, August 24 - The anticipation for superstar Shah Rukh Khan-led action thriller film "Jawan" is building up as the release date is getting nearer. Directed by Atlee Kumar, the movie is scheduled to release on September 7 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.

The makers have so far released two songs as well as a trailer/prevue and character posters, and now, according to the latest reports, the team is gearing up a few final promotional content, including a trailer along with some other stuff.



It is said that a power-packed new trailer of nearly 3 minutes long is getting ready to be launched in the next few days. Recently, it was reported that the team will launch the trailer during an event in Chennai, however, there is no confirmation regarding the event yet.

Apart from the trailer launch, the makers are also expected to launch a promo featuring Vijay Sethupathi who is playing the role of an antagonist in the movie. As for the advance booking opening in India, it is said that the makers are planning to commence it nearly a week before the release date.

Meanwhile, the overseas advance booking of the movie has already been opened and the response so far has been excellent. In the USA the pre-sales is already trending above SRK's last film "Pathaan" and the same kind of response is being noticed in the other international markets where advances have opened.

"Jawan", produced by SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment, tells the story of a person who sets out to rectify the wrongs in society with help from a group of women. It stars Shah Rukh Khan in a dual role, alongside Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, and Sanya Malhotra while Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt play special appearances.
