Mumbai, June 28, 2021: The South Indian films have had a huge impact on Hindi audiences, hence, the Hindi remakes of South Indian films have become increasingly common in the last few years. Boney Kapoor is the one who has been heavily banking on remakes, be it in Hindi or other languages and he is keeping with that trend. ## After recently producing the Telugu version in form of Vakeel Saab, of the Hindi film Pink, Boney Kapoor has now acquired the remake rights for all languages of the 2021 Malayalam hit film "One". It is a political drama film starring Mammootty, who essayed the role of a Chief Minister in the movie directed by Santhosh Vishwanath. ## Boney Kapoor is now looking for a big and dependable actor who can do justice to the film and to the role played by Mammootty in the original film. Reportadly, the Hindi remake of One, likly to go on floors in the first quarter of 2022. ## The producer is currently looking to complete Ajay Devgn starrer Maidan. After Maidan, he will commence the shoot of the Hindi remake of the 2019 Malayalam film 'Helen' with his daughter Janhavi Kapoor in the lead, followed by the Hindi remake of the 2019 Tamil film 'Comali' with his son Arjun Kapoor. ## Apart from remaking in Hindi of South films, Boney Kapoor is also producing Hindi films in Southern languages. Hyderabad, June 28, 2021: A few days after announcing his Telugu debut with Sekhar Kammula's trilingual movie, Dhanush seems to be getting more interested to work with Telugu directors. The national award-winning actor has reportadly signed his second Telugu movie with Tholi Prema director Venky Atluri. ## According to Deccan Chronicle, producer Suryadevara Nagavamsi has been planning to make a trilingual film for a long time and he has found this potential in Dhanush. Nagavamsi feels a trilingual film would do justice to the script, given Dhanush's popularity in the South and in Bollywood. ## It is said that Dhanush has agreed to work on the Atluri film. It will be Karnan actor's second back-to-back trilingual movie, to be made simultaneously in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, after Sekhar Kammula's film. Mumbai, June 27, 2021: The Hindi remake of the 2017 Tamil blockbuster, Vikram Vedha, has been a talk of the town for a long time now. While the original film starred Vijay Sethupathi and R Madhavan in the lead role, the Hindi remake will be headlined by Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan, stepping into the shoes of Sethupathi and Madhavan respectively. ## While the movie is yet to be officially announced, it was reportadly set to go on floors in July 2021. However, according to the latest development, the movie is set to be delayed once again. Due to the covid-19 situation in Mumbai, Maharashtra, the makers have said to be canceled the plan to roll out the film in July in Mumbai. ## According to the reports, the makers are now planning to roll out the film in August this year with the first scheduled to be shot abroad. Pushkar – Gayatri (a husband-wife duo), who helmed the original Vikram Vedha, will also be directing the Hindi remake. It will be produced by the original producer, Y NOT Studios, and co-produced by Plan C Studios. ## The original movie starred R. Madhavan as righteous police officer Vikram while Vijay Sethupathi played the gangster Vedha. The film draws from the ancient lore of Vikram-Betaal, where a wily gangster manages to escape every time a determined cop nabs him, by narrating a new story drawn from his own life. ## Apart from Vikram Vedha, Hrithik will also be doing his digital debut series, The Night Manager for Disney+Hotstar. He also has Sidharth Anand's Fighters which will roll out early next year. After that, he will be doing his ambitious project, Krrish 4, and then, War 2. She also talked about the troubles they faced on the sets of the film. ## "We started shooting Gangubai on the 8th of December 2019 .. and we wrapped the film now 2 years later! The film depicts the rise of a simple girl from Kathiawad who had no choice but to embrace the ways of destiny and swing it in her favour. The narrative walks through the life of young Ganga who in no time marks her own territory and becomes Gangubai – a madame in the red light area of Kamathipura. ## Apart from Alia Bhatt, the movie also stars Vijay Raaz, Indira Tiwari, and Seema Pahwa playing pivotal roles, while Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi featured in an extended cameo appearance. It will be directed by Sameer Vidwans and will start rolling later this year with an aim to hit theaters in 2022. ## Apart from Nadiadwala's film, the actor is shooting for Anees Bazmee's "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2", which will be wrapped up by August this year. The movie titled Satyanarayan Ki Katha is an epic romantic love story film that will be directed by the National award-winning director, Sameer Vidwans - known for Marathi films like Dhurala, Altun Paltun, among others. ## While the rest of the casting is still underway, it is said that hardworking and talented, Shraddha Kapoor has been finalized to romance Kartik in the film. According to reports, Sajid Nadiadwala has already narrated the film to the actress, and she loved it and agreed to be a part of this beautiful love saga. The paperwork will soon be completed and then she will officially be on board the film. ## It will be the first time when Shraddha and Kartik will be sharing the screen space. While the movie will mainly revolve around Kartik, Shraddha has a very important part to play in it as well. The Zombie Reddy had made the announcement and promised to take the Telugu audience into a new cinematic universe with his favorite, superhero genre. ## And now, today on June 25, the movie has been officially launched in Hyderabad with the pooja ceremony. Mumbai, June 25, 2021: Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn has joined with producer Dil Raju for the first time to produce the Hindi remake of the 2021 Telugu blockbuster movie, Naandhi. Naandhi is a crime courtroom drama film, directed by Vijay Kanakamedala. It was released on 19 February this year. ## "Naandhi" follows the life of Surya Prakash (Allari Naresh), an under-trial prisoner who is falsely accused of murder, awaiting judgment. The movie received critical reception and was also a commercially blockbuster. Apart from Allari Naresh, the movie also stars Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in a lead role while Priyadarshi, Harish Uthaman, Vinay Varma, and Praveen play supporting roles. ## The Hindi remake will be produced by Ajay Devgn, Dil Raju, Kuldeep Rathore, and Parag Desai. He will be seen playing an intense and gritty cop in the show which is the official adaptation of the British show, Luther, starring Idris Elba.## Apart from his digital debut, Ajay also has RRR, Gangubai Kathiawadi, Sooryavanshi in the pipeline in which, he is playing extended cameo roles.
