Mumbai, November 9 - Superstar Salman Khan's Tiger 3 continues to score good advances for the opening day though the pace has slowed down over the last 24 hours after the initial rush. The movie is releasing on Diwali day so the pre-sales are expected to be lower than expected. ## The advance booking collection of "Tiger 3" has crossed 10 crores gross for the opening day with more than two days left for the release. The movie has sold approx. 3.80 lakh tickets worth approx. 10.40 crores gross collection for the first day. ## "Tiger 3" is a rare movie to release on Diwali day, that too on Sunday. The advance sales of the movie are expected to pick up in the last two days and the final sales could be 20+ crores for the opening day which could have easily been over 30 crores had it been released on Friday. ## Directed by Maneesh Sharma, "Tiger 3" will likely score the biggest collection on Monday and Tuesday, on National holidays. The movie is expected to be a mass fest which will come on board from Monday or Tuesday, given the positive talks.## "Tiger 3" is produced by Yash Raj Films and is a part of the studio's ambitious Spy Universe. The shoot of the movie is currently in progress for 2024 release, and as speculated, the movie will be released in two parts.## Over the last few months, it has been reported that director Shankar would split the "Indian" sequel into 2 parts as the story of the movie can't be told in one film. Now, Kamal Haasan has reportedly confirmed the same, according to Only Kollywood. ## The legendary actor recently celebrated his birthday and during the event, the actor confirmed that his "Indian 2" will be released in two parts. The excitement is peaking up for this YRF production biggie which will unite some of the biggest stars of Bollywood. ## As reported earlier, "Tiger 3" will have a cameo of Shah Rukh Khan as Pathaan and it was recently revealed that Hrithik Roshan's Kabir will also make an appearance in the movie. While SRK's role is at the crucial juncture of the movie, Hrithik's cameo will most probably feature in the post-credit scene. ## Yash Raj Films had recently completed the censor formalities as CBFC passed the movie with a 'U/A' certificate with an approved runtime of 2 hours and 33 minutes. The movie grossed over 1150 crores at the worldwide box office during its theatrical run and was released on OTT after 8 weeks on November 2nd with an extended version. ## Directed by Atlee Kumar, the Hindi version of the action thriller scored 14.9 million viewing hours from 5.2 million views during its opening weekend of November 2 - November 5. It was the 4th most non-English movie worldwide on Netflix during the week of October 30 - November 5. The movie is trending in the top 10 in 18 countries, including number 1 in India, Sri Lanka, UAE, and 8 other countries. ## The Tamil and Telugu extended cut of "Jawan" also made it to the top 10 most-watched films in India during the same week, however, the viewership numbers for both weren't revealed by Netflix. In India, the Hindi version of the film easily topped the viewership chart, followed by the Telugu movie "Mad". ## Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, "Jawan" is an action thriller, revolving around the social injustice in society and the corruption done by the politicians. Mumbai, November 6 - Actor Ayushmann Khurrana, after a few flops over the last couple of years, finally scored a well-deserved box office success in the form of Dream Girl 2. Directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, the comedy-drama is the spiritual sequel to the 2019 film "Dream Girl". ## "Dream Girl 2" was released on October 25 this year amid some expectations of being the successor of a well-received critical and commercial film. There were still some doubts over the potential of the movie given the fact that Ayushmann was coming after 6 non-hits, plus, it released amid the box office juggernaut of "Gadar 2" and "OMG 2". ## Produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, "Dream Girl 2" received mixed to positive reception from critics and audiences but the strong franchise value helped it to score the biggest opening for Ayushmann with 10.69 crores net.
