Among the biggest third weeks in Hindi for all movies, Kalki is in the 14th spot and when it comes to South Indian movies, it has the 4th biggest third week in the dubbed version.## SS Rajamouli and Prabhas' Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion remains the biggest third-week grosser (for all movies) in Hindi with approximately 70 crores net. Mumbai, July 18 - The Hindi box office may have another surprise winner this weekend in Dharma Productions' comedy drama Bad Newz, starring Vicky Kaushal, Tripti Dimri, and Ammy Virk in the leading roles. The movie is directed by Anand Tiwari and co-produced by Leo Media Collective. ## The film's advance booking opened a couple of days ago and unlike its title, the booking trend has been good news for the industry and the makers in particular. In comparison to previous movies, the pre-sales of Bad Newz are much better than most of them and it even topped Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon's Crew after the superb jump in the last hours. ## Crew although opened to 9.25 crores net is still one of the biggest openers of the year and Bad Newz will look to come close to these numbers. Russo Brothers In Talks To Direct Next Two Avengers Movies

Mumbai, July 18 - In a massive but pleasant surprise, Joe and Anthony Russo, famously known as the Russo brothers, are in talks to return to the MCU to helm the next two Avengers movies, according to the report by The Hollywood Reporter.## It is to be noted that Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings director Destin Daniel Cretton was originally set to direct Avengers 5 but he backed out last year after the movie faced major hurdles due to the controversy surrounding actor Jonathan Majors who was to play the centre role as the main villain, Kang.## Marvel Studios has been searching for directors to oversee the fifth and sixth Avengers movies for a long time. The studio had earlier reportedly reached out to Deadpool & Wolverine director Shawn Levy for the fifth Avengers movie, but he had turned the offer down in the past. ## The talks with the Russo Brothers are in the early stages and if they agree, it will mark a homecoming for the director duo who once was the biggest IP of Marvel. They have directed four of Marvel's biggest movies, Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), followed by Captain America: Civil War (2016), Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Avengers: Endgame (2019). ## The four Marvel movies directed by Russos generated a combined gross of $6.68+ billion, including Endgame ($2.79 billion) as the second highest-grossing movie ever at the worldwide box office behind only James Cameron's Avatar with $2.92 billion. ## Meanwhile, the fifth Avengers movie, scheduled to be released on 1 May 2026, was originally titled Avengers: Kang Dynasty and was to star Jonathan Majors as time-traveling villain Kang. It is one of the biggest hits in the career of both Puri and Ram, and now, the duo is looking to repeat the magic with the sequel Double iSmart. ## The last respective films of Puri Jagannadh and Ram Pothineni were box office failures but Double iSmart is expected to bring the duo in winning ways. The action thriller, which will mark SRK's daughter Suahana Khan's big-screen debut, has been in the news since last year despite no official announcement from the makers yet. Now, as the movie is gearing up to commence shooting in the next few weeks, the makers are speeding up to lock the rest of the cast. According to the report by Peepingmoon.com, Abhishek Bachchan has been locked in to play the antagonist role to take on Shah Rukh Khan in this big-scale action entertainer. As reported previously, SRK will be playing the role of Don while Suhana Khan will be in the parallel lead, essaying the role of a young girl who finds herself in perilous circumstances after a life-altering incident. It will be the first major negative role for Abhishek Bachchan, who was said to be surprised by the character when it was offered to him but accepted it immediately, intrigued by the depth of the role. It is said to be a special role, and Siddharth Anand, who produces the film with SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment, has grand plans to present Abhishek in a manner audiences have never seen before. Shah Rukh Khan and Abhishek Bachchan have previously starred together in Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (2006) and Happy New Year (2014), but it will be the first time the duo will be pitched against each other.
