Meanwhile, the theatrical run time of the film has reportedly been revealed which makes it the longest film in the franchise and one of the longest superhero movies of all time. ## According to the Comicbook, a new listing on the IMAX Melbourne website suggests the current runtime for Matt Reeves' "The Batman" is 175 minutes, meaning fans will get two hours and 55 minutes of Robert Pattinson's take on Bruce Wayne on the most popular mythos in all of comic book history.## As it stands now, Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight Rises" is currently the longest Batman movie at two hours and 45 minutes. "The Dark Knight" clocks in at two hours and 32 minutes while "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" carries a similar runtime.## Excluding the director's cut (Zack Snyder's Justice League), "The Batman" to be the second-longest superhero film after Marvel Studios' "Avengers: Endgame", which clocked 181 minutes of the non-stop thrill. "Zack Snyder's Justice League", which was released on HBO Max, had a run-time of 242 minutes.## "The Batman" is slated to release on March 4, 2022. Mumbai, January 19 - Amazon Prime Video has revealed the title of its costliest television series, "Lord of The Rings" to be "The Rings of Power". Slated to premiere on September 2, 2022, Prime Video released a video announcing the title and unveiling the first look.## The title announcing video features a narrator's voice reciting the first few lines of the Ring Verse, a poem about the One Ring describing its nature and relation to the other Rings of Power and their master, Sauron. "Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky, Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone, Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die, One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne, In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie".## The video opens on the camera moving through what appears to be canyons filled with mist. Cut to fire coming down the canyon, a river of molten lava visible below it. As the voiceover begins, the camera pulls back to reveal we are not in a canyon and the molten substance begins to fill up what might be symbols or letters. A wave of water flows over it, cooling it as steam is released.## The molten substance darkens and hardens, to reveal it is some sort of metal with symbols on the side of it. The camera pulls back through the mists to reveal the words “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” on a wood background.## ## Set thousands of years before both The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, "The Rings of Power" will stream weekly starting September 2, and a second season of the series is already in the works. Developed by J. D. Payne, and Patrick McKay, the series stars Cynthia Addai-Robinson, Robert Aramayo, Owain Arthur, Maxim Baldry, Nazanin Boniadi, Morfydd Clark, Ismael Cruz Córdova, Charles Edwards, among others.## Filming of the series took place in New Zealand in February 2020. Mumbai, January 19 - Allu Arjun's Telugu blockbuster "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" (2020) is gearing up the release of its Hindi version on January 26. After the unpreceded success of "Pushpa - The Rise" in Hindi belts, Allu Arjun proved his stardom in Hindi and now, the makers want to cash in the opportunity with one of his biggest blockbusters. ## Manish Shah of Goldmines Telefilms in association with AA Films acquired the Hindi dubbing rights of "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo". Normally, the dubbed versions of South Indian films do not release theatrically, however, the "Pushpa" success has installed enough confidence in makers to go for the big. ## In a recent chat with Bollywood Hungama, Manish Shah shared the release plans of the dubbed version of Telugu superstar's second highest-grosser of all time. He also called AVPL the biggest non-Baahubali hit down South. The producer has leid high hopes with this film as well and is hoping that AVPL will also create the same success as "Pushpa". ## Manish Shah revealed that the Hindi theatrical trailer of "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" will be released on January 20. The teaser was unveiled on January 18. As for the screen count, the producer put the record straight and said that they are targetting a single screen audience and eyeing around 2000 screens in the country.## Interestingly, "Pushpa - The Rise" has had the highest screen count for the Hindi version was around 1650, so releasing AVPL on 2000 screens will be a more than handful if it catches the attention of the audience. Mumbai, January 18 - Marvel/Sony Pictures' "Spider-Man: No Way Home" is setting new benchmarks at the domestic as well as the international box office. The superhero movie is heading towards a $1 billion overseas box office, that too without a single penny from China. ## The Tom Holland-fronted film has so far grossed $926.3 million through 63 international markets and over $700 million domestically (North America), pushing global cume to $1.62 billion. It is currently the 8th highest-grossing film of all time at the worldwide box office and will grab the 6th spot in the list by the end of next weekend.## Meanwhile, "No Way Home" has become the highest-grossing film of all time in Mexico with $72 million. In Brazil, it is the second highest-grossing film ever with $50.4 million, so in Central America ($12.6M) and Ecuador ($7.9M).## In North America, "Spider-Man: No Way Home" becomes the 4th highest-grossing film ever. After the end of the 5th weekend, it was the 5th biggest-grosser there with $698.7 million and became 4th biggest on Monday by crossing Marvel Studios' "Black Panther" ($700.06 million). ## The Jon Watts-directed is likely to finish with $1.75 billion globally. The number could go higher if it gets a release date in China, which is the biggest movie market in the world. However, the movie has done its job and whatever comes further is a bonus. Mumbai, January 17 - Another historical milestone on YouTube has been breached as the Korean children's song "Baby Shark" becomes the first video to reach 10 billion views on YouTube. The song was released by Korean education brand Pinkfong on June 17, 2016, and the rest is history. ## "Baby Shark" became the most viewed video on YouTube in November 2020, four years after its release. It had surpassed the former record holder "Despacito" by Luis Fonsi to claim the top spot and now strengthen that spot by becoming the only video to reach the 10 billion mark. "Despacito" is currently the second most viewed video with 7.7 billion views on YouTube. ## "We are delighted to announce that our beloved Baby Shark has recorded another remarkable milestone", Min-Seok Kim, CEO of creator The Pinkfong Co., said in a statement. ## "It has been a truly meaningful journey to witness how Baby Shark has connected people around the world, and we can't wait to introduce Baby Shark's further adventures that will bring unparalleled experiences to even more fans everywhere", he added.## Among the other popular videos on YouTube, another children's song, "Johny Johny Yes Papa" by LooLoo Kids, is at number 3 with a whopping 6.1 billion views followed by Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You" at number 4 with 5.58 billion views, and "See You Again" by Wiz Khalifa at 5 with 5.39 billion views.## Interestingly, Psy's epic 2012 hit, "Gangam Style" became the first video to reach one billion views. Directed by Sukumar, "Pushpa" hasn't been affected by the early OTT premiere, especially in the Hindi version as it continues to light up the box office. ## "Pushpa - The Rise" had a digital premiere of the Hindi version on January 14 on Amazon Prime Video after 28 days of theatrical release. Before "Pushpa" was started premiering on Prime Video, it had already netted over Rs. 84 crores in Hindi, making it the 3rd biggest Hindi total during the covid-19 pandemic. ## However, even after the OTT release, the Hindi version of the film continues to draw footfalls at the cinema halls as it netted approx Rs. 4.50 crores in the 5th weekend at the box office, taking the total collections to approx. Rs 89 crore. With no competition at the moment, the movie is taking the full use of a clear path and attracting people to theaters despite the covid-19 3rd wave and OTT premier. ## Maharashtra and Gujrat are driving the Hindi biz of "Pushpa - The Rise" and these two states are key in the film's race to enter Rs. 100 crores club.
