Ajay Devgn Says Rohit Shetty's 'Singham Again' Script Is Fire
Mumbai, January 2 - Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn will soon start director Rohit Shetty's 3rd installment of the Singham franchise, and the actor is mighty impressed with the script of the film titled Singham Again. ## Ajay Devgn, who is currently filming for his directorial venture "Bholaa", shared on social media that he starts the year by hearing the narration of "Singham Again" and the script he heard is fire. The actor is hopeful that the upcoming movie will become a big blockbuster. ## "Made a good start to the New Year with #RohitShetty's narration of Singham Again. Deepika Padukone has been confirmed as the female lead opposite Ajay who plays the titular role of Singham. The first two films in the Singham franchise were huge hits and Shetty promises to take things a notch higher with the third installment. ## Meanwhile, Ajay Devgn is fresh from mega-blockbuster "Drishyam 2" which has so far grossed over 330 crores worldwide and still going strong at the box office. Earlier in 2022, he played powerful extended cameos in Alia Bhatt-fronted "Gangubai Kathiawadi" and SS Rajamouli's "RRR", which became huge hits. Shetty, on the other hand, had one release in 2022 in the form of "Cirkus" which has been underwhelming at the box office, resulting in the first box office failure of the maverick filmmaker in many years.
