While "Baahubali 2's" record will remain unbeatable as of now, the Prashanth Neel-directed movie has outscored Aamir Khan's "Dangal" in Hindi to become the second biggest net scorer of all time. ## Aamir Khan's biographical sports drama film, "Dangal" had scored 374.43 crores net in the Hindi language in 2016. It was also released in Tamil and Telugu as it overall scored 387.38 crores net in all three languages. "KGF 2", meanwhile, has now scored approx. 381 crores net in Hindi in just 20 days. ## Rajamouli's epic action drama film "Baahubali 2" (2017) starring superstar Prabhas in the title role, is the highest-grossing movie ever in Hindi with 510.99 crores. It is very rare for a movie to score big box office numbers in multiple languages but "KGF Chapter 2" has been able to do that. It has become the first movie ever to score 100 crores gross collection each in 4 Indian languages. ## Directed by Prashanth Neel, "KGF Chapter 2" was delayed multiple times due to the covid-19 pandemic, but the craze among the fans was never dropped despite the forced delays. In fact, the buzz around this movie kept increasing, especially among the Hindi audiences. As a result of the out of the roof hype, "KGF 2" is now the 4th highest-grossing Indian film of all time at the worldwide box office. ## "KGF 2", at the domestic box office, has achieved the rarest of rare achievements by crossing 100 crores gross each in the three dubbed versions (Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu) along with original Kannada languages. Meanwhile, the strong show of "KGF 2" has helped to score the 10th biggest 3rd weekend in Hindi. ## The dubbed Hindi version of "KGF 2" beat "Bajirao Mastani" for the 10th spot in the 3rd-weekend list. Forget about 1000 crores gross, KGF 2 is the first Kannada movie to cross 250 crores worldwide gross which it had achieved in just 3 days. ## It has been a box office journey to remember for the makers of KGF 2 who made it the costliest Kannada movie ever with a budget of 100 crores. It took just 18 days for KGF 2 to reach this magical box office figure. More importantly, it is only the 4th Indian movie to get there after "Baahubali 2", "Dangal", and the recently released "RRR". ## Of course, this sort of success of KGF 2 wasn't possible without the support from the other versions of the movie, and that's where the movie hit the jackpot.
