New Poster of Rishab Shetty In The Historical Epic 'The Pride of Bharat: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj' Unveiled

Mumbai, February 19 - In December last year, producer turned director Sandeep Singh announced his ambitious historical action drama The Pride of Bharat: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj with the first look poster. Kannada star Rishab Shetty was locked in to play the greatest Maratha warrior. ## On the 395th birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on February 19, the makers have unveiled a new poster showing the great warrior's power, devotion and valour. The movie will have music by Pritam and lyrics by Prasoon Joshi. It will have many award-winning crew members involved. ## Other than Pritam and Prasoon Joshi, the upcoming film will have Ravi Varman as cinematographer, Resul Pookutty as sound designer, Craig Macrae as stunt choreographer, Nitin Zihani Chaudhary as set designer, Philomin Raj as editor, Ashley Rebello and Ajay Kumar as costumes and aesthetics designer, Ronex Xavier as makeup and prosthetics, and Ganesh Hegde as choreographer.## The film's shoot is expected to commence in a few months as it has been announced to be released globally on January 21, 2027, in Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Bengali languages. Mumbai, February 18 - After the remarkable hold on Monday, Vicky Kaushal-fronted historical action drama Chhaava remained unshakable on Tuesday as well with the collection seeing a slight jump due to the holiday in Maharashtra tomorrow. ## According to early estimates, Chhaava has scored 24-25 crores net collection on its 5th day or first Tuesday, pushing the total collection to around 165 crores. The movie is showing a drop of just around 20% from Friday, Valentine's Day and around 50% drop from Sunday. ## According to the early estimates, the epic blockbuster has scored in the range of 23-25 crores net collection on its 4th day, Monday. The untitled project has been in pre-production for quite some now, but according to the latest report by Peepingmoon, it might get shelved. ## Recently, it was reported that Atlee is trying to make the film with a massive budget of 500 crores but the filmmaker is struggling to secure a producer willing to fund this large-scale action spectacle which also might star superstar Rajinikanth. ## It is said that Atlee has been in talks with Jio Studios but the producers are hesitant to invest such a massive amount in a Salman film at this juncture, considering his recent films have all mostly underperformed at the box office. ## Tamil gaint Sun Pictures has also explicitly stated that they are not interested in funding the project with Salman in the lead. Due to this, Atlee has now resumed talks with superstar Allu Arjun to headline the film. The actor is fresh from the mega box office blockbuster Pushpa 2 - The Rule. ## It is to be noted that Allu Arjun was the original choice to lead the film but it earlier backed out due to some reasons. The actor is now reportedly keen to collaborate with Atlee and the duo will soon meet for a script narration. Sun Pictures too is ready to produce it with Telugu superstar. ## Meanwhile, if the director gets a producer on board, he is still willing to do it with Salman Khan as both are committed to the same. Box Office: 'Sanam Teri Kasam' And 'Interstellar' Re-Release Day 5 Collection

Mumbai, February 11 - The surprise package of the year, Sanam Teri Kasam re-release continues to rock at the box office with a super strong trend during the weekdays. It has emerged as the first Bollywood outright success of the year. ## After scoring a record 15.50 crores net in the opening weekend, the romantic drama showed a remarkable hold on Monday to score approximately 3.25 crores net. Continuing the superb trend, the film showed just around a 10% drop on Tuesday to bring another approximately 3 crore net collection. ## The total re-release collection of Sanam Teri Kasam is around 21.75 crores net in 5 days and it is heading towards 28-30 crores net first week which is simply brilliant. 'Sanam Teri Kasam 2' To Release On Valentine's Day 2026

Mumbai, February 11 - Harshvardhan Rane and Mawra Hocane-fronted romantic drama Sanam Teri Kasam, which was originally released in 2016, has emerged as a big success upon its re-release 9 years later. The film is doing fantastic business and is set to become the biggest re-release grosser in India. ## Despite the setback originally, Sanam Teri Kasam has turned into a cult classic over the years with immense popularity on television. Due to that, the demand for the sequel has been going on and to the excitement of the fans, the makers announced the sequel last year with Harshvardhan. ## Now, in a recent interview, director Vinay Sapru, who directed the film with Radhika Rao, confirmed that the script for part 2 is ready and also hinted that it would be released on the next Valentine's Day. Mumbai, February 10 - Harvardhan Rane and Mawra Hocane's romantic drama Sanam Teri Kasam has emerged as a success story upon its re-release at the domestic box office after an excellent hold on Monday. It was a disaster in its original run 9 years ago, in 2016. ## Re-released amidst almost zero promotion at the start of Valentine's Day week on February 7, Sanam Teri Kasam stunned the trade with its opening weekend collection of approximately 15.50 crores net which is easily the biggest weekend for a Bollywood re-release title. ## On Monday, the film was outrightly the number one title at the Bollywood box office with approximately 3-3.25 crores net collection, beating the combined Monday total of Sky Force, Deva, Badass Ravikumar, and Loveyapa. With this, the total re-release collection of Sanam Teri Kasam after just 4 days is 18.50+ crores net which is more than double the film's lifetime original collection. ## The film will continue to score well throughout the Valentine's Day week as it might reach 27-30 crores net collection in the first week. There is Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava which is releasing on February 14 and is likely to open big at the box office, so needs to be seen how STK perform after that. ## Christopher Nolan's epic sci-fi adventure Interstellar, after scoring around 11 crores gross collection in its opening weekend, showed a fantastic hold on Monday to collect over 2 crores gross.
