Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna's 'Thama' Teaser Is Ready; To Be Attached With 'Chhaava'?

Mumbai, February 11 - Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films' next horror-comedy film is Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna's Thama. The movie, directed by Munjya fame Aditya Sarpotdar, was announced last for a grand Diwali 2025 release in cinemas worldwide.

The shoot of Thama has been happening smoothly and according to the latest reports, the makers are ready to launch the teaser soon. It is said that the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) passed 47 seconds of a teaser of Thama with a U certificate.



The teaser is expected to be launched with Maddock's highly-awaited Chhaava, starring Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna, and Akshay Khanna. The historical action drama is scheduled to be released on February 14 and it's a perfect platform for Thama to generate further curiosity among the audiences.

Thama, which also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, was earlier supposed to be titled Vampires of Vijay Nagar. In the movie, a well-known and determined historian examines ancient manuscripts for clues to the mysterious vampire legends of Vijay Nagar.

Apart from the lead cast, the film is expected to feature multiple cameos from the recent movies in Maddock's horror-comedy universe.
