Superstar Shah Rukh Khan Confirms Reunion With Director Siddharth Anand

Mumbai, January 28 - Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and director Siddharth Anand created history with their maiden collaboration in spy action thriller Pathaan. The film went on to gross over 1000 crores worldwide and is one of the biggest Indian blockbusters ever. ## The duo is now set to reunite for King Khan's next blockbuster titled King. The movie was supposed to be directed by Kahaani fame Sujoy Ghosh but eventually decided to drop the plan to hand directorial duty to Anand and the development has officially been confirmed by SRK himself. ## Shah Rukh Khan recently attended an event in Abu Dhabi where he spoke about his upcoming movie, King. "I am just just shooting it. I will be shooting it for a couple of months. My director, Siddharth Anand, is very strict. He made Pathaan also. Aamir Khan's 'Sitaare Zameen Par' Release Date Locked

Mumbai, January 27 - Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan's Sitaare Zameen Par is set to be delayed to the end of this year. Directed by R. S. Prasanna, the comedy-drama is one of the highly-anticipated Bollywood movies of the year and a potential big comeback for the actor after the debacle of Laal Singh Chaddha. ## Sitaare Zameen Par has been in production since early 2024 and was supposed to be released during Christmas 2024 weekend before makers postponed it to early 2025, but not anymore. Aamir Khan has confirmed that the movie would now be released on Christmas this year. ## The Dangal star attended the Republic Day celebrations at the Statue of Unity in Vadodara on Sunday where he shared the details about the project. It said that Sitaare Zameen Par is the sequel to his Taare Zameen Par and the makers are trying to release it by the end of this year, on the occasion of Christmas. ## The upcoming movie is based on the Spanish film Champions (2018) and stars Genelia Deshmukh as the female lead. Box Office: 'Sky Force' Second Day Early Estimates

Mumbai, January 25 - Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar's aerial action thriller Sky Force witnesses a huge jump of around 70% on its second day, after a decent first-day collection of over 12 crores net, thanks to the big discount on online ticket bookings. ## According to early estimates, Sky Force has minted 21-22 crores net collection on Saturday. This is a very good collection as it has been noticed that the discounted offer, which was available on the first day of the instant online bookings, was partially opened on the second day. ## The total collection of the film is around 33+ crores net after 2 days. The movie is expected to see a further jump on Sunday, which also happens to be Republic Day as opening weekend is looking to be around 60 crores net which is fantastic. ## It might not have been possible for Sky Force to score this much collection with regular ticket prices from the opening day. Mumbai, January 24 - Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar's war action drama Sky Force has taken a good double-digit opening which is a rarity for the actor these days. The opening, however, is largely fueled by the highly discounted ticket prices, an uncommon strategy adopted to bring the audience to cinemas in large numbers. ## The strategy of giving massive discounts on tickets has expectedly worked in the favor of the movie as early estimates suggest opening in the range of 11-11.50 crores net collection. It might go higher which needs to be seen by tomorrow morning. Actor Saif Ali Khan Attacked At His Residence

Mumbai, January 16 - Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was shockingly attacked by an intruder at his Mumbai home in the early hours of January 16. The actor was stabbed six times and was hospitalised at Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital, according to NDTV. ## Dr Niraj Uttamani, COO of Lilavati Hospital, said that Saif underwent a neurosurgery. The plastic surgery is still going on. Two of the six stab wounds are deep, and near the spine, said the statement from Lilawati Hospital. The actor is said to be out of danger, per NDTV report.## It is said that an intruder sneaked into Saif Ali Khan's house while he was sleeping. A scuffle between the actor and the intruder broke out and in this, Saif Ali Khan was reportedly attacked with a knife six times by the intruder who fled the crime scene. ## Saif Ali Khan's team has issued an official statement which reads, "There was an attempted burglary at Mr Saif Ali Khan's residence. 'Gully Boy' Sequel In The Works With Different Cast: Report

Mumbai, January 14 - A sequel to the musical romantic drama Gully Boy is reportedly in the works without the original cast of Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, and director Zoya Akhtar. The blockbuster film will complete 6 years on February 14. ## According to the Filmfare report, Vicky Kaushal and Ananya Pandey will headline the much-awaited sequel while Arjun Varain Singh, who previously helmed Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, will direct it. If gets confirmed, it will mark Vicky and Ananya's first film together. ## "Arjun Varain Singh, who directed Kho Gaye Hum Kahan for Excel and Tiger Baby, is slated to direct the Gully Boy sequel. Mumbai, January 13 - Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor is gearing up for a busy next few years during which he will be seen headlining some of the biggest films in the making. The actor is currently shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love & War along with Nitesh Tiwari's epic Ramayana, both scheduled to hit the big screens in 2026. ## Recently, it was reported that Ranbir has been locked in to lead Yash Raj Films' long-awaited Dhoom 4, which was officially announced more than a decade ago but the production never took off due to some reasons. But now, things are moving fast and production is set to begin next year. ## According to the India Today report, Dhoom 4 will start filming in April 2026. The makers are currently looking to cast 2 female leads and an antagonist. Mumbai, January 10 - Bollywood stars Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone's 2013 blockbuster romantic-comedy Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani has had a superb first-week collection at the domestic box office upon its re-release on January 3rd.## Directed by Ayan Mukerji, YJHD opened with approximately 1.15 crores net collection and followed it with a good jump on Saturday and Sunday to score around 2.25 crores and 3 crores net collection, respectively for 6.40 crores net opening weekend.## The movie remained rock solid during the weekdays and minted approximately 6 crores net from Monday to Thursday for around 12.50 crores net, which is the second biggest first week for a Bollywood re-release after Tumbbad which scored 13.15 crores net last year. ## The superb first-week re-release collection of YJHD has helped it to enter the 200 crores club. In its original run, the film earned 188.60 crores net. With this, it has become the 43rd Hindi film to cross double century.
