Akshay Kumar's 'Sky Force' Censor Certificate And Theatrical Runtime Revealed
Mumbai, January 16 - Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar's war action thriller Sky Force is gearing up for release on January 24, during the Republic Day weekend. The movie is co-directed by Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Anil Kapur.
With nearly a week to go for release, the film was censored on January 16. According to the reports, Sky Force has been censored with a U/A 13+ certificate and the approved theatrical runtime of 125 minutes (2 hours and 5 minutes) by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).
The official plot summary of the movie reveals, "Sky Force unravels a gripping tale inspired by true events from one of the deadliest air strikes between India and Pakistan. A hero lost, and a comrade's quest for truth - an epic tribute to bravery, sacrifice, and unbreakable courage".
The film is produced by Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films, in association with Jio Studios and Amar Kaushik. It stars Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya (in his acting debut), alongside Sara Ali Khan, Nimrat Kaur, and Sharad Kelkar in key roles.
