'Singham Again' Secures IMAX Release; To Have A Wide Release Internationally

Mumbai, October 31 - The Avengers of director Rohit Shetty's Cop Universe Singham Again is all set to storm the box office and to make the experience bigger, the makers have confirmed the IMAX release of the film in India.## Singha Again is releasing on the same day as Kartik Aaryan's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 on November 1 and despite the major clash, the former has managed to grab 60% showcasing across the country in the multiplex as well as single-screen properties.## Apart from the huge domestic release, the Ajay Devgn-fronted cop action drama will be released on over 1900 screens internationally, including the biggest release of all time on 197 screens in Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji, according to the report by Pinkvilla. ## Singham Again will debut in North America with a massive 760+ screens despite opposition from Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and the Tamil movie Amaran. UK and Ireland on the other hand will be hosting Singham Again in over 224 cinemas. Phars Films is releasing the movie internationally.## Meanwhile, the advance booking of Singham 3 is soaring as the release is getting nearer. It already has one of the highest pre-sales among the Bollywood films of 2024 and with few hours still left for the first show to begin, the booking is expected to explode in the last hours. ## Singham Again is directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Jio Studios, Reliance Entertainment, and Rohit Shetty Pictures. Mumbai, October 31 - Marvel Studios and Disney's mega-blockbuster superhero movie Deadpool & Wolverine has set its streaming date in India. The film is directed by Shawn Levy and stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman in the title roles. ## Deadpool and Wolverine will start streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar on November 12 in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil languages, 108 days after its theatrical release on July 26. It will also stream in the US on the same date on Disney Plus. ## The third instalment of the Deadpool franchise is the highest-grossing R-rated movie of all time with a worldwide box office collection of $1.33 billion. It is also the second highest-grossing film of 2024, after Disney/Pixar's Inside Out 2 ($1.69 billion).## In India, Deadpool 3 is the 7th highest-grossing Hollywood film ever with approximately $20 million (169 crores gross). It is by far the biggest Hollywood grosser of the year here and also the highest-grossing A-rated non-Indian title of all time. ## It is the 34th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and the sequel to Deadpool (2016) and Deadpool 2 (2018). The film is directed by Rajkumar Periasamy. ## The pre-sales of Amaran are simply sensational and one of the best of 2024 in the home state, Tamil Nadu. With few hours still left for the first show to begin, the bookings for the movie are around 10 crores gross for the opening day in the state while all India sales around 12 crores gross which is excellent. ## Amaran is heading towards the third biggest opening of 2024 in Tamil Nadu. The initial response in the pre-sales is promising for both films. ## Since both Singham Again and BB3 are releasing on the same day (November 1), the race to grab maximum screens was heating up and in this game of power, Rohit Shetty's directorial cop action drama has got the upper hand in showcasing almost all properties. ## It is learned that Singham 3 has been allotted 60% of total shows while BB3 got 40% of shows in all major multiplex chains like PVR-INOX, MovieMax, NY Cinemas, Rajhans, MovieTime, and Miraj. Los Angeles, October 30 - Disney's hugely-anticipated animated musical adventure film Moana 2 is bracing up for a massive opening at the domestic (North America) box office after pre-sales off to record start for an animated movie of 2024.## According to the online ticketing platform Fandango, the Walt Disney Animation Studios tentpole set records Monday in terms of first-day advance ticket sales for 2024 animated titles, beating Disney/Pixar's billion-dollar grosser Inside Out 2. The platform didn't provide pre-sales numbers. ## According to The Hollywood Reporter, the first-day pre-sales of Moana 2 are the fourth best for any movie of 2024, behind only Deadpool & Wolverine, Wicked and Dune: Part 2. The blockbuster sequel is scheduled to hit the big screens on November 27 during Thanksgiving weekend.## Disney/Pixar's Inside Out 2 opened to a massive $154 million in its 3-day opening weekend and the trade's projecting a $150+ million start for Moana 2 as well over the 5-day weekend. Mumbai, October 29 - Two of the most-awaited Bollywood films of the year, Ajay Devgn-fronted Singham Again and Kartik Aaryan-starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 are brewing up for major box office clash this Diwali on November 1st. ## There has been a lot of tussle over screen sharing as the makers of both films are demanding enough screen count to cash in the big opportunity. This skirmish led to the late opening of pre-sales but once the full-fledged bookings started, both movies showed very good movement. ## BB3 went on sale a day before Singham Again and the horror comedy sold over 554K tickets worth approximately 17.10 crore from around 9900 shows. On the other hand, Singham 3 sold around 512K tickets worth 15.75 crore from around 13700 shows for the opening day. 'Jumanji 3' Sets Official Release Date

Los Angeles, October 29 — Sony Pictures announces that the next instalment of the adventure comedy franchise is officially in development and will be released before Christmas 2026, nearly 7 years after the last movie Jumanji: The Next Level (2019).## According to Deadline, director Jake Kasdan and star posse Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black and Karen Gillan are in talks and expected to return for Jumanji 3. The film will hit the screens on December 11, 2026, the same pre-Christmas slot that previous films in the Jumanji franchise released.## The third instalment of the rebooted Jumanji franchise is currently slated for a solo release on December 11 but there is Disney's untitled Star Wars movie and Warner Bros/Legendary’s supposed release of Dune 3 on December 18.## The original Jumanji was released in 1995, before its spin-off, Zathura: A Space Adventure launched in 2005. Mumbai, October 28 - In a landmark move, Amazon Prime Video's hit crime thriller web series Mirzapur is set to be adapted into a theatrical film. Amazon MGM Studios and Excel Entertainment will produce it. ## The series explores power dynamics and the criminal underworld in the heartland of northern India. The theatrical adaptation, set to debut in 2026, is one of the first instances when a major streaming product is being made into a theatrical film. ## The film will feature the return of the show's principal cast, including Pankaj Tripathi as Kaleen Bhaiya, Ali Fazal as Guddu Pandit, and Divyenndu as Munna Tripathi. Mumbai, October 27 - Tom Hardy-fronted superhero movie Venom: Let There Be Carnage has had a good extended 4-day opening weekend and one of the biggest for a Hollywood movie of 2024 at the Indian box office. ## After scoring 5.50+ crores gross on its Thursday opening day, Venom 3 showed a good jump over the weekend to gross approximately 38.25 crores in 4 days which is the third biggest for a Hollywood title of the year after Deadpool & Wolverine (84 crores gross) and Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire (47 crore gross). ## The 39 crore gross opening weekend collection makes Venom 3 the second highest-grossing film of the franchise after crossing Venom: Let There Be Carnage which grossed approximately 28.50 crores in 2021. It will become the biggest grosser in the series by topping Venom (41+ crores gross) by tomorrow. ## Venom 3 is already the 4th highest-grossing Hollywood movie of 2024 at the Indian box office. Box Office: 'Venom: The Last Dance' Debuts With $175 Million Worldwide

Los Angeles, October 27 - Sony Pictures' Marvel movie Venom: The Last Dance debuted with a strong $175 million in its opening weekend at the worldwide box office, thanks to the international markets where the movie overperformed. ## The Tom Hardy-starrer superhero movie, however, has had a lower-than-expected opening at the domestic (North America) box office, grossing $51 million in its 3-day opening weekend. This is the lowest opening in the Venom franchise and the lowest ever for a comic book trilogy. ## In the Venom franchise, the film is nowhere close to the opening of the first two movies. The 2018 Venom scored $80 million on opening weekend, followed by Venom: Let There Be Carnage which opened to a then-pandemic record $90 million in North America. ## Overseas, Venom 3 performed fantastically and grossed $124 million over the 5-day opening weekend from 64 markets. This is way more than Venom: Let There Be Carnage ($62.3 million) and just behind Venom which scored $125.2 million internationally in its opening weekend. ## China was the biggest overseas market of Venom 3 with $46 million, followed by Mexico ($7.3 million), South Korea ($5.8 million), the UK ($5.7 million) and India ($4.6 million / 39 crores gross). Hyderabad, October 27 - Telugu superstar Ram Charan-fronted Game Changer, directed by S.
