Mumbai, December 27 - The Karan-Arjun of Indian cinema, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, are coming together again in 2022, not once or twice but possibly thrice on the big screen. Superstar Salman Khan, who is celebrating his 57th birthday today, has revealed the plans for the next couple of years, which are exciting to the next level. ## Though most of Salman Khan's future films are yet to set the shooting timeline, the announcement from the man himself was enough to set the internet on fire. Among the films officially confirmed by Salman on his birthday (though most of them already confirmed), the announcement of his blockbuster collaboration with King Khan, Shah Rukh Khan has become the hottest topic of them. ## It was earlier reported that both Salman and SRK are playing cameo roles in each other's films, "Tiger 3" and "Pathan". While SRK recently shot for his role in the 3rd installment of the Tiger franchise, Salman too had completed his part in "Pathan", which marks SRK's comeback to the big screen after 3 years.## As revealed by Salman, the YRF Spy Universe will see "Pathan" releasing before "Tiger 3" opens in December 2022. Both being the most-awaited Bollywood films, the fans are particularly excited to see two of the biggest superstars of Indian together once again. ## Meanwhile, "Pathan" and "Tiger 3" won't be the only films that will feature both the superstars. Mumbai, December 27 - Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who is celebrating his 57th birthday today, is going back to the best of his works. In the last few weeks, the "Sultan" actor officially confirmed the next chapters of some of his most loved films, "Bajrangi Bhaijan", and "Dabangg" while he is already shooting for "Tiger 3". ## If the aforementioned titles are enough to excite his fans, the superstar has now confirmed one more sequel to his widely loved film. During a media interaction on December 27 post-midnight at his Panvel farmhouse, Salman confirmed "No Entry 2" is in the works, which marks his comeback in the comic caper after 15 years of "Partner". ## The sequel to "No Entry" will happen with director Anees Bazmee. As per reports, the scripting of the sequel is complete and it is likely to go floors in the second half of 2022. Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan are to return in triple roles and there will reportedly be 9 heroines in the film. The mahurat shot took place in the Mumbai suburbs on December 22. The movie will be shot at a live location in South Mumbai and then later in Pune. ## Merry Christmas is an edge-of-the-seat thriller. Mumbai, December 24 - As Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar gearing up to close the year 2021 on a high note with "Atrangi Re", which has been released on Disney Plus Hotstar on December 24, the "Sooryavanshi" actor will be in the action throughout next year with back-to-back theatrical releases.## He will begin 2022 with the release of the historical drama "Prithviraj", due on January 21. The movie takes Akshay into this genre to a new level as he enters the 1191 era to essay the role of the legendary warrior King Prithviraj Chauhan for this unique historical epic action-drama, directed by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi. ## After "Prithviraj", the Khiladi Kumar has "Bachchan Pandey", and "Raksha Bandhan" as his next theatrical releases on March 4, and August 11, respectively. According to Pinkvilla, the duo will be teaming up with director Ali Abbas Zafar for an out and out two hero actioner which will be produced by Vashu, Jackky, and Deepshikha Bhagnani under their banner, Pooja Films.## It is said that Ali Abbas Zafar has been trying to make a two-hero action film with a little dose of comedy for a long time now, for which he locked the script. According to Pinkvilla, the director narrated the story to both Akshay and Tiger, who have already agreed to do this action spectacle.## The yet-untitled film is expected to go on floors by the end of 2022 after both Akshay and Tiger complete their ongoing commitments. Abbas Zafar too is currently directing Shahid Kapoor for a crime-action thriller, tentatively titled "Bloody Daddy". The trailer of this visually spectacular period romantic drama will be released on December 23, during an event in Hyderabad. ## While the fans of Prabhas and movie lovers in India have been waiting for "Radhe Shyam" for a long time, the movie will extra special for the actor's fans in Australia as they will have a chance to watch this film in the world's second-largest IMAX screen in Melbourne. ## According to Bollywood Hungama, a special show of "Radhe Shyam" will take place on Friday, January 14, 2022, on the IMAX screen in Melbourne. Interestingly, the screen, which measures 105 feet × 75 feet, used to be the biggest IMAX screen a couple of months ago. However, the biggest IMAX screen in the world now belongs to Traumpalast Multiplex in Leonberg, Germany, which opened with James Bond "No Time To Die" on September 30. ## Meanwhile, the screen in Melbourne, Australia, will be the only IMAX screen in the world to screen "Radhe Shyam" as it has not been remastered into the IMAX format. Mumbai, December 22 - A sequel to Akshay Kumar-fronted blockbuster "Rowdy Rathore" (2012) is in development and currently in the writing stage, confirms writer KV Vijayendra Prasad. "Rowdy Rathore" is considered one of the biggest blockbusters in Akshay's career, in which he played a double role as Shiva/IPS Vikram Singh Rathore. ## "Rowdy Rathore" is the remake of SS Rajamouli-directed Telugu blockbuster "Vikramarkudu", starring Ravi Teja, based on the story written by K. V. Vijayendra Prasad. About the sequel of RR in Hindi, Prasad told a news portal that Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who produced the film with Ronnie Screwvala, had approached him to write the next chapter of the film. ## According to ETimes, the sequel will see Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha reprising their characters of Shiva and Paro from the first installment. However, the film will reportedly not pick up from where the first part ended and will have a new story to tell. Mumbai, December 21 - Filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari has reportedly signed Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor for his next directorial. The filmmaker was to direct his ambitious Ramayana trilogy next. However, the project has been said to be postponed over date issues with lead actors, Hrithik Roshan and Ranbir Kapoor, who have busy schedules throughout next year with other projects. ## According to peepingmoon.com, Nitesh Tiwari is planning a quickie before starting the Ramayana trilogy and he has roped in Varun and Janhvi for the film, which will be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. While the details about the project are kept under wraps for now, it is believed to be a romantic entertainer. It will be Janhvi's first film with Varun Dhawan. ## It is reported that Varun Dhawan was to headline Nadiadwala's "Sanki". However, due to the covid-19 pandemic, they decided to call off that project and work on something else that's not just a masala potboiler. And that's when Nadiadwala pitched him Nitesh Tiwari's film. When Janhvi was approached, she also gave her nod immediately and everything fell into place soon. ## The yet-untitled film marks Dhawan's maiden collaboration with Dangal director and the fourth collaboration with Sajid Nadiadwala after Dishoom, Kalank, and Judwaa 2. The Nitesh Tiwari film is expected to go on floors in the first quarter of next year. After completing Tiwari's film, Varun will head to his ambitious Arun Kheterpal biopic, Ekkis with Sriram Raghavan.## Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan will also be teaming up with Rajkumar Hirani for a true-story-based slice-of-life drama, however, he is yet to sign that film.
