'The Kashmir Files' Beats 'Ek Tha Tiger', 'Sanju', Among Others To Occupy 6th Spot In All-Time Highest 7th Day Hindi Collection Movie

Mumbai, March 18 - Vivek Agnihotri's "The Kashmir Files" is among the highest-grossing movies of all time in the opening week.
Based on true events, TKF scored a massive Rs. 97.30 crores net in the first week, becoming the second biggest first week grosser Hindi movie during the covid-19 pandemic, after Akshay Kumar's "Sooryavanshi". Overall, it has become the 43rd top-opening week grosser of all time.
On its 7th day at the box office, "The Kashmir Files", scored Rs. 18.05 crores, which is the 6th biggest Hindi total on day 7. It beats blockbuster "Ek Tha Tiger" (Rs. 16.31 cr.), all-time blockbusters "Sanju" (Rs. 16.10 cr.), and "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" (Rs. 15.55 cr.), and blockbuster "Tiger Zinda Hai" (Rs. 15.42 cr.) in top 10.
As far as the first Thursday collection for Hindi films is concerned, "The Kashmir Files" lends at the 21st number. Among the top 25 all-time highest-grossing first Thursday movies, TKF again beats "Sanju", "Bajrangi Bhaijaan", "Batla House" (Rs. 15.55 cr.), and "Tiger Zinda Hai".
