London, September 13 - Thalapathy Vijay-fronted gangster drama Leo is all set to open big at the UK box office. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the advance booking of the film is going on in a rampage mode despite being opened more than one month before the release.## Ahimsa Entertainment, which will be distributing the movie in the UK, previously announced that "Leo" sold a record-breaking 10,000+ tickets in the first 24 hours since the opening of advance booking, which is believed to be the all-time fastest to 10K tickets record for an Indian movie in the UK. ## The studio has now shared the latest advance booking update that the movie has sold over 18K tickets so far for all day, including around 15K tickets for the opening day. The advance booking has been opened in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi versions, however, the response to the Hindi version is slow compared to the other two languages.## "Leo", with still more than one month to go before its release, is expected to sell the highest number of tickets for the Indian movie on the opening day. The movie is racing towards 600 crores mark, and if this happens, it will become only the second Tamil movie ever to do it, after "2.0".## Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, "Jailer" is not only performing domestically but it is also equally strong at the overseas box office. Now, it has become the all-time third highest-grossing South Indian movie in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries, behind only "KGF: Chapter 2" and "Baahubali 2".## The action drama film has grossed $6.45 million (₹53.30 crores). The superstar is now gearing up for his projects and one of them is with Lokesh Kanagaraj. ## Rajinikanth and Lokesh's collaboration has been in the news for the last few weeks. The makers haven't made the project official yet but multiple reports have confirmed the development and the previous reports also claimed that it could be a part of Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU). ## Now, according to the latest reports, the project, tentatively called "Thalaivaar 171", will be a standalone movie with no connection with the LCU. The movie will be directed by the national award-winning filmmaker, Sekhar Kammula and the upcoming movie marks Rashmika's maiden collaboration with Dhanush and Kammula.## Tentatively titled "D51", the multi-lingual movie was officially announced in 2021 before it went for a long delay until recently when the makers confirmed the development. It is the first time that the national awardee, Dhanush and Kammula joined hands for a film. ## The film in the combination of Dhanush, Rashmika Mandanna, and Sekhar Kammula will be shot simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi languages and will also be released in Malayalam and Kannada languages. Nelson Dilipkumar's directorial action drama film grossed sensational 308 crores worldwide in the extended 4-day weekend, more than 130 crores than the lifetime collection of the superstar's last movie "Annaatthe" (2021).## "Jailer" grossed huge approx. 177 crores at the domestic box office, including approx. 82 crores in Tamil Nadu. On its fourth day/first Sunday, it grossed approx. 49.40 crores, the second biggest day of its run so far after the opening day of 56.60 crores. Chennai, August 13 - Superstar Rajinikanth's "Jailer" scores another huge day at the domestic box office. The movie sees a jump of around 10% today, the first Sunday/fourth day from the Saturday collection which itself was huge.## The action drama film scores an estimated approx. 45 crores gross collection on Sunday which takes the total collection to approx. 170 crores gross over a 4-day extended weekend. In Tamil Nadu, the movie grossed an estimated 21-22 crores today, pushing the total gross in the state to approx. 80 crores in 4 days.## As far as the net collection is concerned, "Jailer" is nearing the 150 crore mark after an estimated 38 crore net on its fourth day for a total of approx. 146 crores net.
