A Top AEW Star Wants To Wrestle Candice LeRae

There has been a major call-up for Candice LeRae soon after she became a free agent. ## Fightful Select reported that LeRae's WWE deal was up in the spring, and there was no indication of an extension at that point. This morning, LeRae was added to the alumni section of WWE.com, and Fightful was able to confirm that she was a free agent. ## Meanwhile, AEW Star Tay Conti took to Twitter and stated that she wants to wrestle Candice LeRaes and I guess that would only end if Candice lands in AEW. ## "I want to wrestle Candice forever!!!!!! The most adorable, patient and smart wrestler I learned from," she wrote. ## LeRae's husband Johnny Gargano left the company in December, and hasn't wrestled since, but has started doing signings. The two had their first child in February, and LeRae had remained on television for several months before taking off for maternity leave. ## There weren't talks of an extension but haven't heard how that landed since then. Per sources, if they had their way, the decision to freeze the contract during maternity leave would be "in her court," but we weren't given an indication that is the case. ## I want to wrestle Candice forever!!!!!! Report: Top Two WWE Free Agents Signing With AEW?

The women's wrestling free-agent market is intense, with some globally exposed talent available. ## According to Fightful Select, there is significant interest in Toni Storm joining the company, to the point that several talent outright expects her to land with the company sooner than later. ## There were numerous wrestlers in the company pushing for her to be brought in. There have at least been light talks and gauging interest between Athena, formerly Ember Moon, and AEW.## Also, there was a "feeling out" process between Ember Moon and All Elite Wrestling, going back to early when she was first released. People in All Elite Wrestling claimed that there didn't seem to be a sense of urgency to lock her down. Per Promoters Athena is very selective of her independent bookings. ## During the March 25 episode of AEW Rampage, it was revealed that The Bunny will face off against a new signing for the AEW Women's Division in a qualifying match for the Owen Cup Hart. There is no indication on who this mystery person is but several names are available. Those names include Tony Storm, Athena (Ember Moon), Nixon Newell (Tegan Knox). ## Tegan Nox, is another top free agent in the wrestling world. Nixon hasn't wrestled since her WWE release, leaving her out of the ring since October. WWE would be interested to own a couple of Huge stars within AEW and I would like to lead with those 5 superstars who could possibly head to WWE once their contract expires. ## The wrestling-verse got a rude shock as news of All Elite Wrestling (AEW) Executive Vice-President (EVP) Cody Rhodes and his wife Brandi Rhodes leaving the promotion surfaced on the internet. ## 1. Cody Rhodes: Cody Rhodes to WWE is almost a done deal, he has already signed a deal with WWE via multiple reports and would be making his appearance at WrestleMania 38. ## Rhodes is one of the four wrestlers who started at Khan’s company back in 2018. Apart from playing a crucial role in building AEW as a brand with their in-ring work, the Rhodes couple had executive roles with the company. ## 2. Jon Moxley: Jon Moxley is the second potential name from AEW to march to WWE. He became widely known for his tenure with WWE, where he performed under the ring name Dean Ambrose from 2011 to 2019. ## Ambrose built up strong stardom as a member of The Shield alongside Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins. Ambrose won the WWE United States Championship, his first championship in WWE, in May 2013; his 351-day reign became the longest United States Championship reign since the championship came under WWE's ownership. ## After widespread success, The Shield split in June 2014. Ambrose went on to win the WWE Championship once, the WWE Intercontinental Championship three times and the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship twice (both times with Rollins), which made him WWE's 27th Triple Crown Champion and 16th Grand Slam Champion. He also won the Money in the Bank ladder match in 2016. ## Good left WWE after his contract expired in April 2019, subsequently reverting to his Jon Moxley character and debuting for AEW at their inaugural event, Double or Nothing. A report by Rajaah.com in late 2021 said Moxley's contract was expiring in 2022, after signing a three-year deal in 2019. However, it was also said that the Mocks had an opt-out clause in the contract they signed. Which allowed him to finish with All Elite Wrestling whenever he saw fit. ## Recently Paul Heyman also teased his possible signing with WWE ## 3. MJF: MJF (Maxwell Jacob Friedman) signed with All Elite Wrestling at the start of 2019 on a five-year deal. For many months, there have been rumors that he'll be joining WWE after his contract expires in 2024. ## 4. Chris Jericho: I would like to pick Chris Jericho to become another signing for WWE. He has been named by journalists and industry colleagues as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. ## At the end of 1999, he made his debut in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). In 2001, he became the first Undisputed WWF Champion, and thus the final holder of the WCW World Heavyweight Championship (then referred to as the World Championship), having won and unified the WWF and World titles by defeating Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock on the same night. Jericho headlined multiple pay-per-view (PPV) events during his time with the WWF/WWE, including WrestleMania X8 and the inaugural TLC and the Elimination Chamber matches and the shows itself. ## After his departure from WWE in 2018, Jericho signed with New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), where he became a one-time IWGP Intercontinental Champion, and becoming the first man to have held both the WWE and IWGP Intercontinental Championships. Jericho joined AEW in January 2019 and became the inaugural holder of the AEW World Championship in August of that year. ## 5. Sammy Guevara: Sammy Guevara is one of the top names in AEW, his signing with WWE would be a banger for the company. ## Guevara has been with AEW since 2019, featured as a founding member of Chris Jericho's stable, The Inner Circle (along with Santana and Ortiz, and Jake Hager). It seems like Windham AKA Bray Wyatt in WWE, didn't like to get listed in Roman Reigns victim, and that he took an immediate reaction on it.## Windham (Bray Wyatt) responded to being on the list of wrestlers that Roman Reigns has defeated during his Universal Title reign. Give Me Sport’s Louis Dangoor posted a tweet noting the fact that Roman could beat every former Universal Champion within his current reign if he gets to beat Goldberg at Elimination Chamber. However, that isn’t a list that The Fiend believes he belongs on. ## “Take my name off that s--t,” Wyatt responded. ## Bray Wyatt is a former Universal Champion, and he was technically beaten by the Tribal Chief for sure. It was The Fiend who dropped the title to Roman at Payback 2020 in order to kickstart Reigns’ current reign. However, it was not Bray Wyatt that got pinned in that match. ## Reigns returned at SummerSlam on August 23, attacking the new Universal Champion "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt, and Braun Strowman after their match for the title. At Payback, Reigns defeated defending champion The Fiend and Strowman to win the Universal Championship for the second time. ## At Extreme Rules in September, Reigns defeated Finn Bálor to retain the championship. Chris Evans To Join Dwayne Johnson In Amazon Studios’ Upcoming Holiday Film, 'Red One'

Dwayne Johnson and Chris Evans are probably going to make a great holiday movie for fans around the world. ## According to Variety, Marvel star Chris Evans is set to star alongside Dwayne Johnson in Amazon Studios' upcoming holiday film "Red One". The film is described as "a globe-trotting, four-quadrant action-adventure comedy that envisions a new universe to explore within the holiday genre." ## Amazon Studios is said to be developing the project, which is based on an origin story by Hiram Garcia, president of the production at Seven Bucks Productions. ## Jake Kasdan is slated to direct “Red One”. He has previously co-starred with Johnson and the Seven Bucks in the blockbuster “Jumanji” franchise). Johnson will also be up to produce the project, along with Hiram and Danny Garcia on behalf of Seven Bucks Productions.
