WWE Backlash to showcase epic showdown between Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar. The stage is set for a colossal confrontation as Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar gear up to go head-to-head at WWE Backlash. The much-anticipated match was officially announced on the latest episode of WWE Raw, following a heated altercation between the two titans on stage. ##
Despite attempts by Adam Pearce to persuade Rhodes from attacking Lesnar, the former TNT Champion charged at him, only to be halted by a battalion of security personnel. Throughout the commotion, Lesnar remained composed and simply chuckled at Rhodes' attempts to assault him. ##
This clash between two of the biggest stars in WWE was sparked after Lesnar mercilessly ambushed Rhodes on the April 3 episode of WWE Raw. The savage attack, which took place prior to a scheduled tag team match against The Bloodline, saw Lesnar brutally pummel Rhodes with several F-5's, including one through the announce table and another onto a set of steel ring steps. ##

Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, And Matt Riddle Vs The Bloodline ##
At WWE Backlash, the long-standing rivalry between The Bloodline and Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, and Matt Riddle will be reignited. ##
As per the official announcement from WWE, Owens and Zayn, who are currently holding the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship, will unite with Riddle to take on The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) and Solo Sikoa from The Bloodline on May 6 at the highly anticipated pay-per-view event. ##
For several months, Owens and Zayn have been embroiled in a heated feud with The Bloodline, with a particular focus on The Usos. At WWE WrestleMania 39, the duo emerged victorious over Jimmy and Jey to capture the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships. Zelina Vega is resolute in her determination to pay homage to her Puerto Rican ancestry by competing against Rhea Ripley for the SmackDown Women's Championship in Puerto Rico at WWE Backlash. ##
Ever since joining The Judgment Day, Rhea Ripley has elevated her game to unprecedented heights. She outlasted 29 other Superstars to emerge victorious in the 2023 Royal Rumble Match and then defeated Charlotte Flair in an already legendary title fight at WrestleMania, claiming the SmackDown Women's Championship. United States Champion Austin Theory vs. Bobby Lashley vs. Bronson Reed ##
At WWE Backlash, a fierce and unbridled battle will take place as Bobby Lashley and Bronson Reed vie for the United States Championship against the reigning champion Austin Theory. ##
