PSPKRana Movie To Clash With Mahesh Babu's Sarkaru Vaari Paata On Sankranthi 2022

Hyderabad, July 27, 2021: The festival of Sankranthi 2022 is going to be epic for Telugu cinema lovers who will witness one of the biggest Box Office clashes on the auspicious occasion. Elaborating it further, Mahesh Babu's Sarkaru Vaari Paata will be competing with Pawan Kalyan - Rana Daggubati's yet-untitled film on Sankranthi 2022. ## Directed by Saagar K Chandra, the PSPKRana movie is said to be the official Telugu remake of the 2020 Malayalam action thriller film, Ayyappanum Koshiyum. The Telugu remake marks Kalyan and Daggubati's first collaboration. Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, the movie recently resumed shooting in Hyderabad. ## Pawan Kalyan is playing the role of a police inspector as Bheemla Nayak. Trivikram has penned the dialogues while Thaman S has composed the music of the film. Sithara Entertainment took to Twitter and shared a video giving a small glimpse from the sets of its #ProductionNo12 and also announced the release date. ## ## On the other hand, Sarkaru Vaari Paata was officially announced last year on 31 May 2020, on the occasion of Babu's father Krishna's birthday. Directed by Parasuram, the Geetha Govindam director called the project a "dream come true" moment as the movie marks his first collaboration with the actor. The movie also stars Keerthy Suresh as the female lead. ## Sarkaru Vaari Paata is produced by Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus, and G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment while S. Thaman has composed the music. The movie is scheduled to release in January 2022 coinciding with Sankranti. ## Meanwhile, it is the second time in a row when Mahesh Babu's film with be clashing at the box office with another big star's movie. His last film "Sarileru Neekevvaru" had completed with Allu Arjun's "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" with both released one day apart. Both the movie did very well at the box office and became blockbusters with Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo crossing net Rs. 200 crore mark. ##

Radhika Apte Joins Vikrant Massey In The Hindi Remake Of Malayalam Crime Thriller Film, Forensic

Mumbai, July 27, 2021: Last year in December, Mansi Bagla of Mimi Films acquired the Hindi remake rights of three South Indian films. One of the three films was the 2020 Malayalam crime thriller film, Forensic, starring Tovino Thomas, and Mamta Mohandas in the lead roles. For the Hindi remake, Vikrant Massey was roped in to step into the shoes of Tovino Thomas. ## Now, the makers have cast Radhika Apte to star alongside Vikrant in the film. Radhika will reprise the role of Mamta Mohandas as Senior Superintendent of Police. The movie will be directed by Vishal Furia, known for directing tv series, The Missing Stone among others. ## "There is a particular way to navigate thriller movies and with Forensic, it hits all the right notes. I am looking forward to starting this project and work with a talented costar like Vikrant and our director Vishal who has such a clear and interesting vision for this film", Radhika said in a statement. ## The first look of the suspense crime thriller was revealed on Tuesday. 'Forensic' will also mark the reunion of Vikrant and Furia, who have previously worked together on the web show 'Criminal Justice'. Talking about the upcoming film, Vikrant shared, "I have always believed in the story being the frontrunner for a film and when director Vishal Furia narrated the script to me, I was intrigued as an actor and as a member of the audience". ## It will be produced by Deepak Mukut, Mansi Bagla, and Varun Bagla under their banners of Soham Rockstar Entertainment Pvt Ltd, Mini Films, and co-produced by Hunar Mukut. Mumbai, July 27, 2021: Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn's digital debut series, Rudra: The Edge of Darkness on Disney+Hotstar, is on a signing spray and getting bigger and bigger with each passing day. Rudra, which is a Hindi adaptation of the British TV series "Luther" starring Idris Elba in the lead roles, was announced in April this year. ## The crime drama thriller series will have an ensemble cast featuring some very talented artists. In June, it was reported that South Indian actress, Raashii Khanna will play the female lead in the series. Confirming her inclusion, Applause Entertainment has brought the actress on board to star alongside Ajay. Recently, Esha Deol was also confirmed to reunite with Ajay in the series for the first time in 13 years. ## "I am very excited to be a part of Applause Entertainment's Rudra – The Edge of Darkness. Mumbai, July 27, 2021: As theaters have reopened in most of the states of India, Hollywood production house, Warner Bros. has announced the release dates of its three much-awaited films - The Suicide Squad, The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It, and Mortal Kombat, in India. ## "Mortal Combat", and "The Conjuring 3" have already been released in international markets but were delayed in India due to the covid-19 pandemic. These two films will now release on July 30 and August 13 respectively in multiple Indian languages. "The Suicide Squad", however, will release in India on the same date as its international release on August 5. ## Martial arts fantasy film, Mortal Combat, had previously released in India in April in languages other than Hindi. The Suicide Squad and The Conjuring are popular franchises in India and are sure to attract audiences to the theatres on their names. ## "It is heartening to know that Warner Bros Pictures have announced the release dates of Mortal Kombat, The Suicide Squad 2, and The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It. The period drama film is touted to be India's one of the biggest films ever and it will feature some of the biggest stars of Indian cinema. ## Meanwhile, on Monday (July 26), India's biggest music labels - Bhushan Kumar's T-Series and Lahari Music, have announced that they have bagged the music rights to SS Rajamouli's much-awaited film. A MM Keeravaani's musical, currently being shot in Hyderabad. ## T-Series is undoubtedly the biggest name in the global music circuit along with South India's biggest music label Lahari Music together acquired the music of this period drama in all languages - Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada. Kangana Ranaut Turns Her Fight Mode On In Rehearsals For 'Dhaakad' Film

Mumbai, July 26, 2021: Actress Kangana Ranaut, who recently turned producer with the announcement of a web film "Tiku Weds Sheru", is working on some of the interesting films as an actress. The "Queen" fame is currently shooting for an action spy-thriller, Dhaakad. She is playing the role of an Agent named "Agni". ## On Saturday (July 25), the actress turned his fight mode on during the rehearsals for the film. The actress took to Instagram stories and shared a video clip practicing fight moves for her film. The movie also stars Arjun Rampal plays Rudraveer, the antagonist. Arjun has wrapped up his portions for 'Dhaakad'. The movie also stars Divya Dutta in a key role. It is scheduled for release on October 1, 2021. ## Apart from "Dhaakad", Kangana also has films such as "Thalaivi", period drama "Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda" and "Tejas" in the pipeline. Shershaah Trailer: Sidharth Malhotra Brings His 'A' Game In Kargil Hero Vikram Batra's Biopic

Mumbai, July 26, 2021: The much-awaited trailer of Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani starrer "Shershaah" was released on July 25. Shershaah is a biographical war film based on the life of army captain Vikram Batra, who martyred in the Kargil War and was honoured with the Param Vir Chakra posthumously. ## Sidharth plays a double role, as Batra and his identical twin brother Vishal. The trailer of the film showcases the bravery of the Indian armed forces led by Batra's patriotic journey from a "soldier to a legend" during the Kargil War in 1999. Malhotra's intense and fierce performance brought Batra to life and the actor is rightly winning praises for his once-in-a-lifetime act. ## Kiara Advani plays the role of Dimple Cheema, Vikram Batra's fiancé. The actress looks solid in the emotional and romantic scenes in the trailer and promises to be an apt choice for the role. The trailer is full of action with impactful visuals and high on pride for the nation which left everyone wishing for "Dil Maange More".## "Shershaah" was the codename of Vikram Batra who led one of the toughest operations in mountain warfare in Indian history. The movie is directed by Vishnu Varadhan and produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions in association with Kaash Entertainment. Written by Sandeep Srivastava, the movie also stars Shiv Pandit, Nikitin Dheer, Himmanshoo A. Malhotra as Rajeev, Anil Charanjeett, Sahil Vaid, among others in key roles. ## Shershaah was initially supposed to release on July 3 last year but the makers changed the date due to the coronavirus pandemic to July 2, 2021, in theaters.
