Shahid Kapoor Confirms His Thriller Film With Sultan Director Ali Abbas Zafar
Mumbai, November 12 - Actor Shahid Kapoor has started shooting for director Ali Abbas Zafar's next, a crime thriller film, in Abu Dhabi. It was first reported in August this year that Kabir Singh star would be teaming up with Sultan director, though at that time, the shooting timeline wasn't confirmed. ## The yet-untitled film is said to be the Hindi remake of a French film, Nuit Blanche, in which, Shahid will reportedly be playing the role of a cop who is chasing drug lords across the city. The film is being produced by Ali Abbas Zafar himself under his banner Offside Entertainment. ## Shahid took to Twitter and shared the picture with Ali as both having a laugh. "Blood... Crime ... The Hindi remake will kick off the shoot with an action sequence. The script has been adapted to cater the Indian audiences. ## Meanwhile, Shahid Kapoor recently completed the shoot of his debut web series for Amazon Prime Video. Directed by Raj&DK, the show also stars Raashii Khanna and Vijay Sethupathi in prominent roles. Shahid, on the other hand, is looking forward to the release of Jersey which is scheduled to come out on December 31. Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, the film is the remake of the Telugu movie of the same name. ## Stay tuned...
