Hyderabad, March 8 - Telugu superstar Ram Charan's Hollywood desire may soon come to an end as the actor confirms being in talks with studios to set up his maiden project there. ## Ram Charan is currently in the US to attend the Oscars 2023 ceremony which is scheduled to be held on March 12 at Dolby Theatre Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, U.S. RRR's dance number, "Naatu Naatu" has been nominated in the Best Original Song category and is the front-runner to win the Oscar.## During his conversation with Easy Podcast, Ram talked about his plans to pursue his career in Hollywood. The actor revealed that he is already in talks with major Hollywood studios and the news regarding his Hollywood debut will be coming out in a couple of months. ## Speaking further, Ram said that actress Julia Roberts is at the top of his list to work with. Mumbai, March 8 - Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma's comedy-drama Sui Dhaaga: Made in India is all set to release in China. ## Directed by Sharat Katariya, the 2018's hit, and critically acclaimed Bollywood flick will be hitting Chinese theaters on March 31st. The movie was super successful upon its original release in September 2018, grossing over 120 crores at the worldwide box office. ## The movie follows an unemployed small-town man who defies all odds and naysayers and revives his family's garment business. The film's plot is inspired by Mahatma Gandhi's philosophy that Indians should be self-dependent to achieve their goals. Dhawan plays a tailor, while Sharma plays an embroiderer in the film who, as husband and wife, team to fulfill their dreams of becoming entrepreneurs. ## "Indian youth are dream-chasers and if we look at China, they are also the same. So, I feel our simple, feel-good love story of two aspiring entrepreneurs will connect with people in that country. I'm eager to see the reaction in China. Historically, they have loved uplifting stories about human emotions and rooted for underdogs to win the day. Mumbai, March 7 - Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor-fronted romantic-comedy Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, which is releasing tomorrow (March 8), is seeing a good response in the pre-booking which was the case with the recent Bollywood movies this year. ## The Luv Ranjan's directorial has sold over 100K tickets for the opening day and there are still some hours left for the first show to begin. The advance booking of TJMM started only three days before the release on March 5 which is proving to be a good move. Though the pre-booking for the movie is not high flying but good enough for a decent to good start at the box office. ## The advance booking of TJMM is the second best for a Bollywood movie in 2023 after Shah Rukh Khan-fronted "Pathaan" which sold over 1 million tickets for the opening day in advance booking. The other notable release this year, Kartik Aaryan's "Shehzada" sold approx. 52K tickets and Akshay Kumar's "Selfiee" sold approx. 20K advance tickets for the opening day. ## "Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar" is produced by T-Series and Luv Films while Yash Raj Films is the overseas distribution partner. Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar Opening Day Box Office Expectations

Mumbai, March 7 - Director Luv Ranjan's first film in 4 years, romantic-comedy Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor is finally hitting theaters worldwide tomorrow (March 8), more than 3 years after it was first announced in 2019.## Ranjan's last directorial, "Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety" was a blockbuster so the expectations are high from TJMM which carries bigger star power. Though a lot has changed over the last few years, TJMM is seeing a better response in the advance booking than the previous few Bollywood movies this year, also than the SKTKS. ## Produced by T-Series and Luv Films, TJMM has sold approx. 84K tickets worth approx. 2.50 crores as of 7 PM on March 7 for the opening day. The advances for the first day are expected to finish over 100K tickets, the second biggest for a Bollywood movie in 2023. ## Looking at the advance booking response, TJMM is looking to take a double-digit start as the opening day could be somewhere around 10-13 crores net, which is a much better start than Ranjan's SKTKS which opened at 6.42 crores net and went to score approx. 109 crores lifetime net collection. ## TJMM is releasing on Wednesday, coinciding with Holi weekend. The Morning shows might see a slow start on the opening day due to the festival but the rest of the day will behave like a holiday. Last year, Akshay Kumar's "Bachchhan Paandey" opened at 13.25 crores on Holi, and TJMM is expected to open in a similar range. The Luv Ranjan's directorial movie is scheduled to release on March 8, coinciding with Holi weekend. ## After the release of TJMM, Ranbir will finish the shooting of director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's "Animal" which is slated for August 11, 2023, release. Meanwhile, Ranbir has shared an update regarding the second part of the fantasy adventure movie "Brahmastra". ## During an interview with Pinkvilla, the actor confirmed that director Ayan Mukerji is currently writing "Brahmastra 2" and they are hopeful to start shooting by the end of this year or early next year.
