Since the movie was supposed to be a 2-hero epic, superstar Rajinikanth was reportedly in talks to come on board to join Salman. The temptation was also made to bring Kamal Haasan on board but nothing made to the cut.## Amid the reports that the film got shelved due to budget issues, the latest report by Pinkvilla revealed that it has been put on the back burner due to the unavailability of Rajinikanth because of the date issues.
