Hyderabad, January 24 - Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan will be in the action throughout this year with back-to-back releases. The first of them to arrive in theaters is "Bheemla Nayak", which is the official remake of the Malayalam hit "Ayyappanum Koshiyum". ## Directed by Saagar K Chandra, "Bheemla Nayak" will see Rana Daggubati sharing the screen space with Power Star for the first time. Nithya Menen and Samyukta Menon play the female leads. Meanwhile, the anticipation for this film is sky-rocketing and it is sure to take the box office on fire. ## Thaman S, who has composed the music of this film, has some great things to say about it and the performance of Pawan Kalyan. During a recent interview, the composer reportedly said, "Composing the music of Bheemla Nayak has given me immense satisfaction. The entire team is happy with the output and fans will surely go crazy after watching the film".## "I can undoubtedly call it the best film in Pawan Kalyan's career as he has delivered a solid performance. Hyderabad, January 23 - Telugu movie, "Akhanda", starring Nandamuri Balakrishna in the lead role, was a big hit at the box office. Released on December 2 last year, the action drama is still playing in select theaters and has so far earned over Rs. 125 crores worldwide. ## Directed by Boyapati Srinu, "Akhanda" was made available on Disney Plus Hotstar on January 21, 2022, and received a blockbuster response on its digital premiere as well. According to the producers, "Akhanda" has become the all-time highest viewing Indian film in the first-24 hours.## Dwaraka Creations, the production house of the film, took to Twitter and announced the milestone achievement. Though the makers didn't share the viewing numbers, they claimed the film is most viewed in the 24-hours. Manish Shah Of Goldmines Telefilms Predicts Box Office Fate Of Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa - The Rule'

Mumbai, January 22 - Allu Arjun's "Pushpa - The Rise" (Part 1), which was released on December 17, shocked the industry and trade experts with its phenomenal box office outcome in the dubbed Hindi version. This Sukumar-directed, however, has had an average opening in Hindi, but strong word of mouth helped it put up a strong show at the box office, clocking Rs. 90 crores in Hindi till now. ## Manish Shah of Goldmines Telefilms has the Hindi dubbed rights and it is said that he generated over Rs. 40 crores profit from the theatrical release of the film. He is now looking optimistic about the box office potential of part two, titled "Pushpa - The Rule". The hype for "Pushpa 2" is already sky-high, and it could repeat what Prabhas' "Baahubali - The Conclusion" did in Hindi belts. ## "Pushpa 2" is slated to go on floors in April 2022, and the makers are eyeing to release it in December this year. Manish Shah, during a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, had said that the movie might not release this year but he is confident that it will be a historic blockbuster and might even break "Baahubali 2's" box office record in Hindi. ## "In my opinion, Pushpa 2 – The Rule is going to be a historic blockbuster. I don't know how many records it will break", he said. Baahubali 2 had made a whopping Rs. 510 crores in Hindi (highest ever in Hindi). Shah believes that if executed well, "Pushpa 2" can break that record.## "Well, there's a possibility. Baahubali's first part collected Rs. 120 crores. Pushpa: The Rise – Part 01 will end up with a lifetime of Rs. 93-94 crores. Therefore, the difference is only 30%. 50% zyada mehnat kar di hum sab ne to Pushpa 2 Baahubali 2 ka record tod degi! (If we have worked 50% more, then Pushpa 2 will break the record of Bahubali 2)", he added.## The script of "Pushpa 2" is currently being developed by Sukumar. It is said that the second part will have one more antagonist besides Fahadh Faasil, who will be the main villain in the film. While some of these movies have already been completed, some are about to go on floors or at different stages of production.## Now, according to reports, Prabhas has greenlit two more films. It was reported that the "Radhe Shyam" actor would be teaming up with "War" director Siddhartha Anand for an action thriller film. Everything now seems to be falling in a place under the production of Mythri Movies Makers and the official announcement will be made soon regarding the same.## Apart from Siddhartha Anand's film, which is a Pan-India project, Prabhas is also reportedly getting ready to do a film for a Telugu producer in the gap. Reportedly titled "'Raja Deluxe", DVV Danayya and Niranjan Reddy are said to be producers of this film that is being planned to be shot in a quick time in the gap between the big films.## Meanwhile, if all goes well, Prabhas will have 3 releases this year. The fact that the makers didn't expect this much popularity of the film in other languages, especially in Hindi, where the movie becomes the bigger hit than the original Telugu version. ## Now, the makers are working on the second part of the film, and as per reports, it will be made on a bigger scale. The movie was supposed to go on floors in February this year, however, the makers have decided to change the plot to appeal to the Pan-India audience in a true sense.## According to reports, director Sukumar has decided to change the plot of "Pushpa - The Rule" vastly. The scripting of the second part is currently underway, and reportedly, it will include Allu Arjun's action sequence on a bigger scale. While most of the characters will continue, the second part will have one more antagonist apart from Fahadh Faasil. ## Actress Rashmika Mandanna, who plays the female lead opposite Allu Arjun, recently revealed in an interview that the shoot of "Pushpa 2" will begin from March this year. However, it might be pushed to April as the script is not yet fully ready and will take some more time. ## During a recent interaction, director Sukumar revealed that if everything would go as per plans, "Pushpa - The Rule" might release on Christmas 2022 worldwide in multiple languages. After the unpreceded success of "Pushpa - The Rise" in Hindi belts, Allu Arjun proved his stardom in Hindi and now, the makers want to cash in the opportunity with one of his biggest blockbusters. ## Manish Shah of Goldmines Telefilms in association with AA Films acquired the Hindi dubbing rights of "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo". Normally, the dubbed versions of South Indian films do not release theatrically, however, the "Pushpa" success has installed enough confidence in makers to go for the big. ## In a recent chat with Bollywood Hungama, Manish Shah shared the release plans of the dubbed version of Telugu superstar's second highest-grosser of all time. He also called AVPL the biggest non-Baahubali hit down South. The producer has leid high hopes with this film as well and is hoping that AVPL will also create the same success as "Pushpa". ## Manish Shah revealed that the Hindi theatrical trailer of "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" will be released on January 20. The teaser was unveiled on January 18. As for the screen count, the producer put the record straight and said that they are targetting a single screen audience and eyeing around 2000 screens in the country.## Interestingly, "Pushpa - The Rise" has had the highest screen count for the Hindi version was around 1650, so releasing AVPL on 2000 screens will be a more than handful if it catches the attention of the audience. 'Pushpa - The Rise' Continues To Light Up Hindi Box Office Despite OTT Premiere

Mumbai, January 17 - Allu Arjun's "Pushpa - The Rise" is proving to be a long racehorse in the Hindi version. Directed by Sukumar, "Pushpa" hasn't been affected by the early OTT premiere, especially in the Hindi version as it continues to light up the box office. ## "Pushpa - The Rise" had a digital premiere of the Hindi version on January 14 on Amazon Prime Video after 28 days of theatrical release. Before "Pushpa" was started premiering on Prime Video, it had already netted over Rs. 84 crores in Hindi, making it the 3rd biggest Hindi total during the covid-19 pandemic. ## However, even after the OTT release, the Hindi version of the film continues to draw footfalls at the cinema halls as it netted approx Rs. 4.50 crores in the 5th weekend at the box office, taking the total collections to approx. Rs 89 crore. With no competition at the moment, the movie is taking the full use of a clear path and attracting people to theaters despite the covid-19 3rd wave and OTT premier. ## Maharashtra and Gujrat are driving the Hindi biz of "Pushpa - The Rise" and these two states are key in the film's race to enter Rs. 100 crores club. Though the 100 crores milestone is looking far from reality with the things at the moment, it could still have a last big shot if the covid-19 situation doesn't get worsen. ## With the success of "Pushpa" in Hindi, Allu Arjun proved his stardom in Hindi belts. According to Pinkvilla, Manish Shah and his team gearing up for the Hindi release of Ram Charan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu's 2018 blockbuster "Rangasthalam". ## Directed by Sukumar, "Rangasthalam" is considered one of the finest films of Ram Charan, which received both critical and commercial acknowledgment.
