Mahesh Babu's 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' And Ajith Kumar-Starrer 'Valimai' Release Dates Locked

Hyderabad, January 31 - Summer of 2022 is getting filled rapidly with blockbuster movie releases across languages. The box office, however, will start taking flight from March, in which the movies like "Radhe Shyam", "Bachchan Pandey", "RRR", among other big-ticket titles have been announced to release.

The following month of March, April will see releases such as "KGF Chapter 2", "Laal Singh Chaddha", "Beast", "Acharya", among others. Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu's highly-awaited "Sarkaru Vaari Paata", which was supposed to release on April 1st, will now release on May 12, after production was delayed.



Directed by Parasuram, "SVP" will be Babu's first release in more than two years. His last film was "Sarileru Neekevvaru", which was released in January 2020. "SVP" carries huge anticipation among the fans. It stars Keerthy Suresh as the female lead opposite Mahesh Babu. Mythri Movie Makers has produced it in association with 14 Reels Plus, and GMB Entertainment.

Meanwhile, on the other hand, Ajith Kumar's Tamil blockbuster "Valimai" will be released on February 24 in Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu. It was originally announced for January 12 but got postponed due to the 3rd covid-19 wave. It is arguably the most anticipated Tamil movie that is in production since 2020. The film is directed by H Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios.
