It has seen record-breaking advance ticket sales, with four shows at Cinemark Dallas selling out in minutes. Seeing the response, 35 premiere shows have already been scheduled at one of the top-grossing Cinemark theatres in Dallas. Trade analyst reports that only a few pan-India movies were allocated this many shows in Cinemark. Distributors expanded to Canada, pricing tickets at $25-$30, as fans fuel a potential blockbuster rivalling hits like Kalki 2898 AD, highlighting Telugu cinema's growing global appeal. Going by the initial trend, OG will be eyeing one of the biggest premiere days in North America. Trade anticipates that the film might cross $2 million premiere gross, which will be the highest for a Pawan Kalyan-starrer. Currently, there are six Telugu movies (Baahubali 2, Salaar, Devara, Pushpa 2, RRR, Kalki 2898 AD) which grossed over $2 million on their premiere in NA, and OG will be hoping to join. No doubt is the most hyped movie of PK in recent times, and one of the most anticipated Telugu movies of the year. The movie is directed by Anil Ravipudi and produced by Shine Screens and Gold Box Entertainment. ## The makers announced that Mega157 has been titled Mana Shankaravaraprasad Garu, and it also stars Nayanthara as the female lead alongside Catherine Tresa. The first look teaser shows Chiranjeevi dominating the screens as he steps out of his car in style, wearing a black suit and smoking a cigarette, with commandos surrounding him. ## The glimpse concludes with Chiranjeevi descending steps with a gun in hand and then, in another sequence, walking in slow motion alongside a horse through, smoky hill station. The film was already facing a delay, and now, the legal hurdle will further complicate things. ## Delhi-based Ivy Entertainment has filed a case in the Delhi High Court against co-producer People Media Factory (PMF). The production house claims it invested a staggering 218 crore for theatrical and non-theatrical rights, co-presenter credits, and guaranteed returns. ## According to reports, Ivy Entertainment alleged that PMF failed to fulfil several critical commitments, including completing and releasing the film within the agreed timeline, monthly production updates, disclosing how funds were being utilised, delivering agreed materials, and postponing the theatrical release without justification. ## The company has reportedly demanded either a full refund of 218 crores with 18% annual interest or control of the project to complete and release the film themselves to safeguard its substantial investment. The movie is reportedly being made on a 400 crore budget. ## Directed by Maruthi, The Raja Saab is scheduled to release on December 5, 2025, but reliable reports have confirmed that it will be postponed to January 9, 2026. Directed by Maruthi, the movie is expected to debut in cinemas worldwide on January 9, 2026, after reports stating it wouldn't be able to meet its December 5, 2025, deadline. ## Prabhas is undoubtedly one of the most bankable Pan-India stars, who can do wonders at the box office if the film is good enough, and considering this, the makers are taking utmost care with the film, be it its release date or the possible length. ## During a recent interview, producer TG Vishwa Prasad revealed the team's current release plan.
