Criminal Or Civil Liabilities In Process, Could Prevent Vince McMahon From Serving As WWE Chairman

Norfolk, 20 September - In June 2022, McMahon retired from WWE. However, he came back to the company in 2023 for a corporate job. He then took a break because of spinal surgery. With the Endeavor purchase, McMahon will make the final decisions, while Triple H will manage daily creative control. ## His year has been quite wild, from the hush money scandal to federal government investigations. Following the commotion, WWE agreed to be acquired by Endeavor and merged with UFC to form the TKO Group Holdings company. ## The merger happened despite federal government inquiries into McMahon for the hush money scandal last summer, which was supposedly not on the record. However, on July 17, the feds issued a search warrant after the allegations came to light. As of now, no actions have been taken against him. ## According to Jacob Frenkel, Chair of Dickinson Wright's Government Investigations & Securities Enforcement Practice Group and a former senior counsel in the SEC's Division of Enforcement, McMahon might be removed from his WWE duties if he faces criminal or civil liabilities, as reported by the LA Times. ## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk...

Video: Randy Orton Seen At The WWE PC

Randy Orton, 20 September - Randy Orton's back at the WWE Performance Center, but they've kept it hush-hush. ## Fightful Select spilled the beans, saying Orton was there this week. Cassidy from Bodyslam also mentioned Orton's bus parked at the WWE PC. ## Orton's back in the gym, and he's bulked up quite a bit. He had some rumors swirling about his return earlier, but in early August, he still hadn't been given the green light for in-ring training. In May 2022, Orton hurt his back and had to go through fusion surgery. ## He's been pretty vocal about wanting to get back in the ring after that. Before the injury, he was Matt Riddle's tag partner, and they held both Raw and SmackDown Tag Team titles. Unfortunately, they lost to The Usos, and the titles got merged. That was their last match together. ## Below check out the video shared by Wrestle Ops on X. ## Appears that Randy Orton is at the WWE PC today.(Video sent to me by a fan there) pic.twitter.com/98hvM4WOMd— Wrestle Ops (@WrestleOps) September 19, 2023 ## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk...

Samoa Joe Addresses CM Punk And Jack Perry's Backstage Incident From AEW All In

Wembley, September 19, 2023 - At the All In event in August, CM Punk found himself in yet another backstage confrontation, this time with Jack Perry. This incident occurred after Punk had successfully defended the "Real World Championship" against Joe. ## After the event, there was a backstage clash between Punk and Jack Perry, triggered by comments Perry had made during his earlier match on the show. AEW acted swiftly in response, terminating Punk's contract following an investigation. ## Joe, who had been Punk's opponent at All In, had a conversation with CM Punk about still going through with their match. When asked about the accuracy of reports regarding the incident in an interview with The New York Post, Joe didn't exactly confirm the details but mentioned that he was accustomed to such environments, and incidents like this didn't seem too intense to him. ## "That’s up to whoever perceived it. I’m used to that environment. Those things don’t seem very intense to me, but it could be something crazy intense to someone else. I wasn’t really affected by the moment. I was more focused on getting the show back on track and getting us going because it was bell time. ## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk...

WWE Working On 'High Priority' Main Roster Creative For Jade Cargill

Pensacola, 19 September - There have been significant updates regarding Jade Cargill's departure from AEW. According to Dave Meltzer on the recent Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE is actively working on important creative plans for Jade Cargill's inclusion in the main roster. ## WWE's intentions with Jade Cargill are different from how they handle some NXT talent like Von Wagner or Alba Fyre. Often, new talents brought in by WWE end up fading away due to poor storylines. However, it is expected that Jade Cargill is not earmarked for such treatment; she is being considered for more substantial opportunities. ## Last week, it was reported that Jade Cargill would be leaving AEW for WWE. Her final match in AEW was against Kris Statlander, which aired on the last episode of Rampage. Cargill had a notable tenure in AEW, holding the TBS Championship for over 500 days. ## The potential reason for Cargill's departure from AEW seems to be related to her contract negotiations. Cargill had reportedly requested a significant increase in her salary to remain with AEW, and Tony Khan, the owner of AEW, believed that her asking price was reasonable. ## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk... Ranking The Top 5 Highlights From WWE Raw On September 18, 2023

Salt Lake City, September 19, 2023 - Another week, and WWE delivered yet another impressive show. This week's Monday Night edition emanated from the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, UT, and featured a lineup packed with star power.## However, there were some changes made to the show due to certain wrestlers being absent. The main event showcased Jey Uso facing off against Drew McIntyre, and with The Judgment Day lurking at ringside, the main event became even more captivating. ## I expected a straightforward victory, but as often happens on the show, things didn't go as planned. Drew managed to defeat Jey, and Cody was seen assisting Jey after an attack by Judgment Day. ## Additionally, on the show, Becky Lynch issued an open challenge for the NXT Women's Title, which was accepted by Natalya. Unfortunately for Natalya, she ended up losing the match. Shinsuke Nakamura completely dominated Seth "Freakin" Rollins, and there were plenty of other exciting moments throughout the event. ## Let's check out the top 5 highlights below; ## #1. Drew McIntyre defeated Jey Uso ## The highlight of the night was Drew McIntyre vs. Jey Uso. With the two top stars wrestling, The Judgment Day sauntered their way down to ringside, appearing to cheer on Uso. Jey was seen planting The Judgment Day with Superkicks after they forced him to give the answer. This allowed Drew to recover and hit a huge Claymore to earn the victory. ## #2. Cody Rhodes Saves Jey Uso From The Judgement Day ## After the match, The Judgment Day got into the ring and unleashed a beatdown on Jey Uso. Drew McIntyre looked back but didn't come out to help. The music hit, and it was... Cody Rhodes who came out to aid Jey Uso. Cody worked it out better and cleaned the house. ## #3. Cody Rhodes defeated Dominik Mysterio ## The match of the night started with Cody Rhodes taking on Dominik. Cody Rhodes went for a Figure Four lock, and Dominik found himself in deep trouble at that moment. However, Dominik managed to save himself and sent Cody to the apron. Balor was outside, and he knocked Cody down. Dominik attempted the three amigos, but Cody evaded and went for a Cody Cutter. Cody successfully executed another Cross Rhodes for the cover and won the match. ## #4. Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Ricochet via Disqualification/ Seth Rollins Gets Invovled ## Rollins indeed left a sign that Nakamura would get a sneak attack when World Heavyweight Champion Seth “Freakin” Rollins tried to attack Nakamura before the match event started. Ricochet proved to be a match for Nakamura, lighting up Salt Lake City with aerial dives. The match ended up with a DQ with Ricochet attacking Nakamura with a chair. After the match, Rollins attacked Nakamura, but it was Nakamura who injured Seth “Freakin’ Rollins’ back. ## #5. Becky Lynch defeated Natalya to retain the NXT Women’s Title ## The bell rang, and Natalya began unloading punches on Becky. Becky was sent into the ring post and then to the floor. We went into a commercial break. ## Back from the break, Becky tackled Natalya to the mat. She attempted a back exploder for the cover, but Natalya kicked out. Becky then tried a Manhandle slam, but Natalya caught her from behind and went for a German Suplex. They found themselves on the top turnbuckle, and Natalya executed a Superplex, causing Becky to land hard on the mat. Natalya went for the cover, but it wasn't enough for the win. She then attempted the Sharpshooter but sent Becky into the post. ## Becky responded with a baseball slide that sent Natalya out of the ring and onto the floor. They got back into the ring, and Becky climbed to the top rope for a splash, but Natalya rolled out of the way, and Becky landed on her feet. There was a lot of scrambling, and both women attempted multiple inside cradles, with Becky ultimately getting the last laugh. ## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk...
