PWInsider reported earlier that Strowman is scheduled to be at Monday’s WWE Raw taping on September 5. ## At Wrestlemania Backlash, Strowman failed to win the title from Lashley in a triple threat match also involving McIntyre. This would turn out to be his final match for the company as he was released on June 2, 2021. ## Strowman's return to WWE came out during a Fatal Four-Way Number One Contender's Match between New Day, Alpha Academy, Los Lothorios, Street Profits. ## Suddenly, Braun Strowman's music hit to a huge pop. The referees jumped out of the ring but didn't signal for the bell. Strowman destroyed all eight guys in the match. He even beat down security. Report: Roman Reigns Not Booked For WWE Extreme Rules 2022

It seems like, WWE Universe will not get to see Roman Reigns defending his Undisputed Universal Title at Extreme Rules in October. ## At Clash at the Castle, Reigns successfully retained the titles against Drew McIntyre following interference from the debuting Solo Sikoa. ## Due to his part-time schedule, WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has not been booked for the show and fans will next see him defend the title at the Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia. ## During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed what the future plans are for Reigns. He said, "He's not on the [next] show. His next championship match is Saudi Arabia. I don't know who against but I know it's Saudi Arabia. WWE originally set up a match between Matt Riddle and Seth Rollins for the recent SummerSlam card, but the match was canceled a few days before the event. WWE did a storyline injury where Riddle suffered a stinger as a result of Rollins' attack on Raw.## WWE had a brawl clause at SummerSlam. The bout was being pulled because WWE wanted to save it for a later date, which is today's Clash in the Castle event.## Speaking with Ariel Helwani of BT Sport, Rollins explained how he felt about the decision.## “Okay, we could use a few more weeks to build this story as it was, but yeah, they made the choice to ax our match and make sure all the other matches were maximized with time and story and all that. Totally understood that and respected that. I was a little upset that we advertised the match and not given it to them. At the level I have been performing for the last year, I felt like a bit of a slap in the face as a performer that I wasn’t able to be on what is essentially the second biggest show of the year for us.”## Feeling insulted by the decision, Riddle was asked his thoughts about it.## He said, “Of course. I think anybody in my position who takes pride in what they do would think there’s gotta be a little bit of disrespect felt there. Did I go about it the right way? Maybe, maybe not…The tweet.” ## He said that earlier he was not aware of this and when he got to know about the decision, he did not take it very politely and knew a few days before the announcement. Rollins later spoke about the statement that was not in character.## “I feel bad for people who wanted to see the match who had paid money to maybe to see that match, specifically that we had been building towards a few weeks and had been advertising it for a week or two. The event's title is a reference to Cardiff Castle, which is situated near Principality Stadium. ## WWE Clash At The Castle 2022: Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, And Asuka Vs Bayley, Dakota Kai, And Iyo Sky Full Match ## Bianca and Bayley start things off. Alexa slaps Dakota and then punches all six exchanges. Bianca takes a shoulder tackle while the other four go to the floor. Bianca with shoulders in the corner followed by a hip toss and drop kick.## Io and Dakota grab Bianca's hands on a handspring move and drag her to the floor. Alexa punches Dakota. Dakota and Ayo go for a double suplex but it is blocked. Asuka joins in and then Bayley and Bianca do a triple suplex on Bayley, Dakota, and Io. Bianca hits a handspring moonsault on all three and she nearly falls on the belly.## Bayley has some words for Cole as she tries to regroup. Alexa avoids being trapped by Io and Alexa stands on Io's back. Handspring with Alexa drop toe hold and knee drop to fall near the knee drop. Bayley tags back inside and she joins the forearms. Bayley runs Alexa into the corner and tags Dakota.## Dakota hits Alexa with a kick and she pushes Alexa into the corner. Bayley tags back and Alexa with another drop toe hold. Asuka tags in and Alexa with a forearm follows a bulldog from Asuka and a series of hip strikes. Bayley blocks a round kick and it trips Asuka. Asuka with the waist lock and belly tags in Iyo. Kai with a suplex to Alexa for a near fall. Dakota works the back while Bianca tries to tag Alexa. ## Dakota with an Irish whip and she pushes Alexa into the corner. Iyo tags in and Dakota makes fun of Bianca as she walks into the apron. Iyo with a wrist lock. Alexa blocks an Irish whip and she joins up with a forearm. Alexa with more frontends. IYO sends Alexa Face on an Irish Whip into the first turnbuckle. Come up with a flapjack for a near fall.## Dakota for a near fall to Alexa with a running boot. Bailey tags in and she is joined by Alexa through the forearms. Dakota tags in the back and they Irish whip Alexa to. Bayley is sent to Dakota with an elbow by Alexa and Alexa is then taken down the head with scissors.## Bayley pulls Bianca off the apron to stop the tag. It looks like Bailey's knee hurt. Dakota Drop kicks Bianca off the apron. Alexa tags in with a DDT and Asuka. Asuka with a back fist and more strikes to Bianca with a shoulder and to IYO with a pop-up knee.## Asuka chases down Iyo with a German suplex for a fall with a sliding kick to the head. Bailey to Alexa with a belly-to-belly suplex. Asuka blocks a kick but Io with a goal kick. Bayley tags in and she puts Asuka on the sunset flip for Io to Asuka and Bayley follows with a clothesline for a near fall. Asuka with Codebreaker. Bianca tags in and she punches Bayley and hits a clothesline and drop kick. Bianca with shoulders in the corner.## Alexa and Asuka go for a double superplex off Bianca's back. Iyo with an Asai Moonsault to Alexa and Asuka. Bianca with a roll-up on Dakota but she picks up Dakota. Dakota with a boot and Bianca with a forearm to Dakota on the turnbuckle. Bianca presses Dakota and then turns her around and hits Io and follows up with a fallaway slam. Dakota holds onto the ropes. Bianca stops Bianca with a Scorpion kick and a powerbomb.## Bianca goes up and misses a double stomp and rolls over. Dakota hits the Scorpion kick and Dakota misses a Jacoby kick in the corner. Bianca prepares Dakota to KOD but IYO stops her. Bayley holds the top of Bianca and Dakota hits the Jacobs kick.
