He will get that and so much more when he attempts to dethrone Intercontinental Champion Gunther at WWE Clash at the Castle. ## On the August 19 episode of SmackDown, Sheamus won a fatal five-way match, earning a match against Gunther for the Intercontinental Championship at Clash at the Castle. ## WWE Clash At The Castle 2022 Results: Gunther Vs. Sheamus Full Match ## Butch and Holland feuded with Vinci and Kaiser before the match began, while Sheamus and Gunther stood in the ring and stared at each other until the bell rang.## The bell rings and Gunther Sheamus with a forearm. Sheamus with punches and a forearm. Sheamus with a kick and forearm and then punches. Gunther goes for a suplex but Sheamus blocks him and hits a suplex of his own. Gunther with an uppercut and Sheamus with forearms. With Sheamus kicks and thrust kicks and front kicks to the chest.## Gunther drags Sheamus to the floor but Sheamus sends Gunther into the ring steps. Sheamus puts Gunther back in the ring and he sets up for ten beats of Bowery but Gunther fights Sheamus.## Sheamus kicks Gunther as Gunther charges into the corner and Sheamus pulls himself up but Gunther cuts Sheamus to the floor with a turnbuckle. Gunther takes part of the ring to set it up for a powerbomb but Sheamus blocks him. Gunther slams Sheamus on the ring steps. Gunther returns to the ring and the referee continues his count but Sheamus is able to return to the ring before the count of ten.## Gunther with a kick. Gunther with more chops and Sheamus chops back. Gunther with a boot to the head. Gunther with more chops and forearms against the ropes and that's why Sheamus is still in the ring. Gunther with a running boot on the head. Gunther with Boston Crab.## Gunther drives Sheamus into the turnbuckle to stop Sheamus's movement. Gunther sends Sheamus to the floor and Gunther picks up Sheamus and throws him on the floor. Gunther sends Sheamus to the announce table. Sheamus sends Gunther's head into the hood of the announce table and is able to hit Ten Beats of the Bowery.## Gunther drives Sheamus into the turnbuckle to stop Sheamus's movement. Gunther sends Sheamus to the floor and Gunther picks up Sheamus and throws him on the floor. Gunther sends Sheamus to the announce table. Sheamus sends Gunther's head into the hood of the announce table and is able to hit Ten Beats of the Bowery.## Sheamus with a high forearm across the chest as Gunther hangs over the ringside barrier. Sheamus goes upstairs when he takes Gunther back to the ring. Sheamus has a knee on his head.## Sheamus carries Gunther on his shoulders but Gunther stands on his feet and attaches his forearm to the back. Sheamus with a forearm and then it's time to exchange chops and forearms. Gunther with a German suplex. Sheamus gets up and Gunther with a chop. Sheamus falls down the ropes with a jumping knee.## Sheamus gets to his feet first and his back gives out when he tries for the Brogue Kick. Gunther with a power bomb. In what is sure to be a volatile showdown, Riddle will go one-on-one with Seth “Freakin” Rollins at WWE Clash at the Castle in a quest for payback. ## At SummerSlam, Matt Riddle was originally scheduled to face Seth "Freakin" Rollins, but the match was called off due to Riddle suffering an injury incurred by Rollins on the Raw prior to the event. At the event, however, Riddle appeared and called out Rollins and the two brawled, which ended with Rollins performing the Stomp on Riddle.## On the August 15 episode of Raw, Riddle revealed that he was medically cleared and later in the show, he got into another brawl with Rollins before challenging him to a match at Clash at the Castle, which was made official. ## WWE Clash At The Castle 2022 Results: Riddle Vs. Seth Rollins Full Match ## Seth and Riddle deliver punches and kicks as the bell rings to start the match. Riddle with a corner kick and then forearms. Rollins with the punches. Riddle with kick in the corner. The referee warned Riddle and Riddle touched the referee. Rollins goes to the floor and Riddle follows.## Rollins sends Rollins to the apron with punches and Riddle. Riddle with a gutwache suplex and he grabs and hits another one. Rollins with a kick and the clothesline. Riddle with a kick to the chest and one or two rear guards. Riddle gets a near fall. Rollins with a shot to the throat. With a head scissor take the puzzle down into a triangle.## Rollins picks up Riddle and he goes to the floor for a powerbomb but Riddle grabs the ropes and Rollins goes to the floor. Rollins intercepts a kick and hits a running power bomb into the ringside barrier.## Rollins made a suicide dive and dropped Riddle on the announce table. Rollins sends Riddle back into the ring. Rollins short arm with clothesline. Rollins gets a near fall. Rollins with punches to Riddle. Riddle with a kick to the shoulder but misses a goal kick. Rollins with a rollup for a near fall. Rollins with a super kick for a near fall. Rollins with a Falcon Arrow for a near fall.## Rollins goes for a reverse suplex but Riddle blocks him and Rollins goes to the mat. Rollins with an Enzuigiri to insert Riddle into the Tree of Mourning. Rollins for a near fall with a double stomp. Rollins puts Riddle on the turnbuckle and punches Riddle in the middle.## Rollins collides with Buster, a fisherman, with a suplex and a Riddle. Riddle with another façade in the corner. Riddle with an Exploder to Rollins and then Riddle kicks Rollins off the apron. Riddle goes for the floating bro on Rollins on the floor. Rollins with a kick and he sets up for a Pedigree but Riddle Bro counters into 2 Sleeps and a Power Bomb. Riddle hit a V Trigger for the cover but kicks out.## The two continued to go back and forth. Rollins hit a pedigree but Riddle kicked out again. Rollins started trash-talking and called Riddle “a god damn loser.” Riddle got angry and Rollins took advantage. Rollins hit Riddle with Randy Orton’s draping DDT.## Rollins went for an RKO but Riddle countered with a rear-naked choke. Riddle got emotional again and tried to use a chair but missed. When the WWE Clash at the Castle Premium Live Event comes to Cardiff, Wales, on Sept. 3, McIntyre will look to end Roman Reigns' more than 700-day reign as champion. ## WWE Clash at the Castle streams live on Peacock in the U.S. and on WWE Network everywhere else at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT​​​​. ## WWE Clash At The Castle 2022: Roman Reigns Vs. Drew McIntyre Full Match ## There is a huge pop for Drew McIntyre and hard-hear boos for Roman Reigns. They go off and Drew finally backs Roman into the corner and gives a clean break. They lock up again and Roman with a side headlock. Roman hits a shoulder tackle and Drew stays on his feet.## Roman goes to the ropes to stop Drew and Roman goes to the apron to turn around the ring. Roman comes back in the ring and Roman with a waist lock. Drew with a standing switch and Roman with a side headlock.## Drew for a shoulder tackle and Roman drops to the floor. Roman with a kick to the midsection and a punch. Drew along a clothesline to send Roman over the top rope to the floor. Drew chases him to the floor and he sends Roman into the ringside barrier. Drew sends Roman into the ring steps and then he breaks the count.## Karrion Kross where he is sitting with Scarlett since Roman and Drew finish. Roman sends Drew into the ring post. Roman returns to the ring and Drew can barely beat Count in the ring. Roman with a series of kicks to the chest and he punches Drew. Roman with a clothesline in the corner. Roman punches Drew and Drew hangs on the ropes. Drew punches him and he drops Roman over the top rope. Roman to a near fall with a flying clothesline.## Roman with a boot on the head and almost falls. Drew with punches and chops. Roman with a harsh Irish whip. Roman starts the monologue and Drew chops. Roman with arms in front of Drew. Roman sets up for a suplex but Drew blocks it and Drew goes for a suplex but Roman blocks it. They go back and forth until Roman punches and kicks Drew.## Drew Unloads a Glasgow Kiss and both men are down. Drew with a back-to-back clothesline, followed by an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Drew with another overhead belly-to-belly suplex.## Pulled up with a neck breaker and both men are down. Drew gets up first and he hits a running forearm in the corner. Drew hits Roman over the turnbuckle and Drew with the chops. Roman punches and Drew goes into the tree of mourning. Drew pulls himself up and hits a spider belly-to-belly superplex. Drew counts down for Claymore but Roman goes to the floor.## Reigns blocks a Future Shock DDT and Drew with a Spinebuster for a near fall. Romans with a Urnage for a near fall. Roman sets up for Superman Punch and Drew avoids it and Drew with a Future Shock DDT. Drew sets up Claymore and Roman with a Superman Punch to stop Drew. Roman gets a near fall. Roman signals that it is time for a spear, but Drew with a kick to the head and Drew misses a clothesline but Roman hits a spear for almost falling.## Roman with a guillotine. Drew gets a second wind and picks up Roman and drives him into the corner. Roman goes for the Guillotin. The referee checks not out on Drew and Drew sends Roman into the turnbuckle. Drew drops to the floor and he drives Roman through the ringside barrier.## Drew sends Roman back into the ring and Drew sets up for a Claymore and Roman with a spear to fall close by. Roman crawls over to Drew and Roman wants to make sure he doesn't win yet. Roman says it was three and he argues with the referee. Roman catches the referee and Drew with Claymore and it knocks Roman and the referee down.## MR. Money In The Bank winner Austin Theory makes his way to the ring. Tyson Fury knocks him off before he can officially cash in.## Roman gets a chair in his hands but still gets a Claymore. The new referee can only make two counts. Drew and Roman exchange punch from their knees. As soon as they get to their feet, they continue the exchange and then they don't care to turn. Roman with a Superman Punch. Drew with Glasgow Kiss. Drew ducks a Superman Punch and does Drew with a spear and Claymore.## The referee makes the counts, but he is pulled out of the ring by Solo Sikoa. At WrestleMania 38, Reigns doubled down on his iconic status by defeating Brock Lesnar and picking up the WWE Championship in the process. ## Few Superstars in WWE history can claim they have been World Champion for more than two years.
