Zee Studios Unveils Brilliant First Look Teaser of Much-Awaited 'Gadar 2: The Katha Continues'
Mumbai, June 12 - Sunny Deol returns as Tara Singh to protect his family in the first look teaser of the highly-anticipated period action drama film Gadar 2: The Katha Continues. The sequel to the all-time blockbuster is directed by Anil Sharma. ## On Monday (June 12), Zee Studios unveiled the teaser of "Gadar 2" which promises a blockbuster affair. Set in Lahore in 1971, the teaser begins with the dialogue in a woman's voice, "Damaad hai wo Pakistan ka, Isko nariyal do, Tika Lagao, Warna is bar wo dahej mein lahore le jayega". ## The teaser then shows glimpses of the enmity between India and Pakistan where later country's people can be seen participating in the Crush India Movement as the country was on the verge of attacking India in the aftermath of partition. ## The 1-minute and 9 seconds promo has all the elements which are required for a mass entertainer to turn a blockbuster. It ends with Sunny sitting right to a grave with teary eyes and the sad version of "Udja Kaale Kawan" playing in the background. The music by Mithoon is in sync with the theme of the film so are the dialogues and action blocks. The upcoming movie will also see Sunny Deol lifting a big cartwheel to fight the enemies. ## "Gadar 2: The Katha Continues", produced by Anil Sharma Productions, and MM Moviez in association with Zee Studios. It stars Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, and Utkarsh Sharma as returning characters from the first movie while Simrat Kaur, Manish Wadhwa, Gaurav Chopra, and Luv Sinha are the new addition to the cast.## The movie is scheduled to release on August 11, 2023, and will clash with Ranbir Kapoor's "Animal" and Akshay Kumar's "OMG 2". ## ## Stay tuned...
