After Abhishek Agarwal, Actor Ranbir Kapoor To Book 10K Tickets Of Prabhas-Fronted 'Adipurush' For Underprivileged Children
Mumbai, June 8 - Yesterday, it was revealed that the producer of the blockbuster "The Kashmir Files", Abhishek Agarwal will distribute 10,000 tickets free for director Om Raut's magnum opus Adipurush for all the government schools, orphanage, and old age homes.
Now, Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor too has come forward to do the same and will be distributing 10K tickets to underprivileged children. Ranbir has often shown his admiration for superstar Prabhas who is playing the role of lord Ram in the film that is the cinematic adaptation of the epic Ramayana.
"Adipurush" is produced by T-Series, Retrophiles, and UV Creations and also stars Kriti Sanon as Sita, Saif Ali Khan as Raavan, Sunny Singh as Laxman, and Devdutt Nage as Hanuman, among others. The movie is scheduled to release on June 16 in multiple languages.
Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor will also have the opportunity to play the role of Lord Ram as he has reportedly been locked in for director Nitesh Tiwari's version of "Ramayana". Alia Bhatt will be playing Sita while Kannada superstar Yash is in the advanced talks to play Raavan. The movie is expected to be announced on Diwali this year.
