The Title of Kartik Aaryan's Next With Director Kabir Khan Revealed; Release Date Locked

Mumbai, July 4 - Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan's maiden collaboration with producer Kabir Khan "Satyaprem Ki Katha" is currently in cinemas and doing good business. The producer announced his second film with Kartik last year which will be directed by Kabir Khan. ## The film is touted to be a sports drama based on true inspirational incidents. Kabir Khan considered this to be one of his most ambitious projects to date and was at one point in time supposed to make it with Ranveer Singh in the lead. ## It marks the maiden collaboration between Kartik and Kabir. The shoot of the film has already started recently and now, the makers have locked the title and release date. Mumbai, July 3 - Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra's action thriller "Yodha" has officially been postponed from September 15 by three months and will now be released on December 15, 2023, in theaters worldwide. ## "Yodha" is the first action film of the franchise headlined by Sidharth Malhotra and directed by debutant duo Sagar Ambre & Pushkar Ojha. The movie is produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Shashank Khaitan under the banner of Dharma Productions in association with Amazon Prime and Mentor Disciple Films. ## The movie, also starring Raashii Khanna and Disha Patani as the female leads, has already been postponed multiple times. Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga Reveals The Reason For Postponement of Ranbir Kapoor-Fronted 'Animal'

Mumbai, July 3 - Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's highly-anticipated Pan India movie "Animal" starring Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor has officially been postponed to December 1, 2023. The film was supposed to release on August 11 during the Independence Day weekend. ## There have been rumors floating on social media that "Animal" is postponed as the makers wanted to avert the clash with "Gadar 2" and "OMG 2". However, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has himself shared a video statement stating the real reason behind the postponement. ## In a video shared on T-Series' social media accounts, the director said that the only reason for the film not coming on August 11 is the quality of the product. He said that they don't want to compromise on the quality of the film and he gave example of the songs for the same. ## The director revealed that "Animal" has 7 songs in the original Hindi version and because the movie is also releasing in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages, there become a total of 35 songs. Due to the different kinds of lyrics and singers, things are taking a little more time than he had thought. He also said that they don't want to give the audience a feeling that the film and the songs are dubbed as they want to keep them as authentic as possible. ## The "Kabir Singh" director further said thanks to the audience for the excellent response to the pre-teaser and clarified that Ranbir Kapoor's glimpse shown in the pre-teaser as well as the song will be there in the movie as well contrary to the rumors. Ajay Devgn's Action-Adventure Film With Director Abhishek Kapoor Gets A Release Date

Mumbai, June 30 - Bollywood star Ajay Devgn's yet-untitled film with director Abhishek Kapoor has confirmed its theatrical release date.## The action-adventure film, which marks the acting debut of Raveena Tandon's daughter Rasha Thadani and Ajay Devgn's nephew Aaman Devgan, will be hitting worldwide theaters on February 9, 2024. The movie is produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor.## Meanwhile, Rasha recently graduated from high school. She was studying at Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai. Superstar Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' Music Rights Get Sold At Record Price?

Mumbai, June 30 - As the anticipation is skyrocketing for superstar Shah Rukh Khan's action drama film "Jawan", the makers have reportedly sealed a mega deal for the film's music rights. ## Directed by Atlee Kumar, "Jawan" has music scored by Anirudh who has been in top form for the last couple of years. According to Box Office Worldwide, Red Chillies Entertainment has sold the music rights of the film to T-Series at a record price of 36 crores. The official confirmation, however, is awaited.## "Jawan" reportedly has a couple of romantic songs as well as item numbers. One of the songs is said to be sung by Arijit Singh who previously scored a huge chartbuster "Gerua" with Shah Rukh Khan in Rohit Shetty's "Dilwale". The same is expected from the duo in the upcoming film which is otherwise a mass entertainer. ## Bhushan Kumar-headed T-Series is the most subscribed channel on YouTube and is the number 1 music company in India. It is expected to elevate the project's prospects further. ## Produced by SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment, "Jawan" is scheduled to release on September 7 this year in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages. Big Box Office Clash: Akshay Kumar's 'Housefull 5' To Clash With Kartik Aaryan's 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' On Diwali 2024

Mumbai, June 30 - Blockbuster Bollywood producer Sajid Nadiadwala and superstar Akshay Kumar surprised fans with the sudden announcement of the fifth installment of their popular comedy franchise "Housefull". ## As reported earlier, "Housefull 5" has been in development for quite some now and the makers finally made it official. The other cast members of the Housefull franchise are expected to join Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh while it will be directed by "Dostana" fame Tarun Mansukhani. ## The makers haven't revealed much details about the upcoming film but they have confirmed that the movie will hit big screens on Diwali 2024. However, it won't be a solo release as there is Kartik Aaryan's "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3" is already placed during the same holiday period. ## "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3", which will be directed by Anees Bazmee, will start filming early next year. The second installment was released last year and scored a big box office win by grossing over 260 crores worldwide, and was one of the highest-grossing Bollywood movies of the year.## Both "Housefull" and "Bhool Bhulaiyaa" are popular film franchises with a 100% success ratio. While 4 Housefull films have grossed over 785 crores at the worldwide box office, the two BB movies have done business for close to 350 crores. Box Office: Adipurush Records A Very Low Second Week

Mumbai, June 30 - Director Om Raut's magnum opus "Adipurush", which was one of the most hyped films before release, has turned out to be an epic disappointment at the box office after it fell badly in the second week. ## The Prabhas-fronted film recorded a historic fall of over 90% in the second week and scored just approx. 22.50 crores net collection in all versions. The first-week collection of 260 crores net was itself underwhelming considering the excellent opening weekend of 221 crores net. ## The total net collection of the film currently stands at a little over 282 crores (333 crores gross) and it is likely to finish its run under 300 crores net which is disappointing. The collection of Hindi versions is approx. 145 crores net, followed by the Telugu version with approx. 130 crores. The other versions have contributed around 7 crores net. ## "Adipurush" also couldn't hold well at the overseas box office and has grossed approx. 54 crores so far. This takes the total worldwide gross collection of the movie to approx. 387 crores in two weeks. The movie has some competition going forward which could further make it difficult for the film to sustain. Box Office: 'Satyaprem Ki Katha' and 'Carry On Jatta 3' Opening Day/First Thursday Early Estimates

Mumbai, June 29 - Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani's musical romantic drama film "Satyaprem Ki Katha" has been released today on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, and as expected, it has taken a good start at the box office. ## The movie had a slow start in the morning shows but picked up well throughout the day due to the Eid holiday, plus, positive word of mouth. As per the early estimates, SPK has scored 9-9.50 crores net on its first day and might go a little higher which remains to see. ## The opening day collections are strong in multiplex chains while single screens remain low, which was expected as it is more of multiplex friendly film rather mass friendly. The critics' reviews and audience word of mouth are positive for the film which should ensure a good opening weekend. ## Meanwhile, Gippy Grewal-fronted Punjabi comedy film "Carry On Jatta 3" has a record-breaking opening day. Satyaprem Ki Katha Opening Day Advance Booking: Good In National Multiplex, Low In Single Screens

Mumbai, June 29 - Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani's much-awaited musical romantic drama film "Satyaprem Ki Katha" hits the big screen today. Directed by Sameer Vidwans and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, SPKK had its special screening yesterday in which it received a good response. ## "Satyaprem Ki Katha" is one of the films that is aimed at multiple audiences and this was clearly visible in the screen sharing and the advance booking sales. The movie has been released on over 2000 screens in India, with the majority of screens allotted at national multiple chains. ## The movie scored a decent advance booking for the opening day with over 70K tickets sold (block seats excluded) which is still one of the highest for a Bollywood movie in 2023. However, the majority of opening-day pre-sales were recorded in multiplex chains while the same is low in single screens which was expected. ## As far as the opening day is concerned and given the advance booking trend, "Satyaprem Ki Katha" is looking to score between 7-9 crores. However, a double-digit start can not rule out if the audience's word of mouth is positive as this can bring single screens into the picture. ## Even if the movie fails to reach a double-digit opening, it can still be termed as good if it opens in the expected lines of 7-9 crores.
