Shah Rukh Khan's All-Time Blockbuster 'Pathaan' Secures Wide Release In Russia; Date Locked

Mumbai, June 9 - Yash Raj Films' all-time blockbuster movie Pathaan starring superstar Shah Rukh Khan along with John Abraham and Deepika Padukone has been confirmed to release in Russia with a record number of screens. ## Directed by Siddharth Anand, the spy action thriller film will be hitting Russia along with other CIS countries theaters on July 13, 2023, and will release on over 3000 screens across the region. This is the widest release ever for an Indian movie in this part of the world. ## "Pathaan" was recently released in Bangladesh and became the first Bollywood movie in many many years to secure a release date in this country.## Originally, the movie was released in January this year and is currently the highest-grossing Indian movie of the year at the worldwide box office. It grossed over 1050 crores worldwide, including over 650 crores at the domestic box office. Kartik Aaryan Begins Shooting For Kabir Khan's Untitled Film

Mumbai, June 9 - Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan gearing up for the release of his much-awaited "Satyaprem Ki Katha", which releases on June 29. It is a musical romantic comedy film that also stars Kiara Advani under the direction of Sameer Vidwans and producer Sajid Nadiadwala. ## Meanwhile, even before the release of "Satyaprem Ki Katha", Kartik kick-started the shooting of his next film that is with director Kabir Khan and producer Sajid Nadiadwala. According to Mid-day, the action drama film went on floors on June 7 in Joker Maidan in Film City, Goregaon. ## It is said that Kabir Khan has planned a 10-day schedule during which the movie's action set pieces will be shot. ## "The shooting began with a hand-to-hand combat sequence featuring Kartik. The movie was supposed to be headlined by Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi as Ram and Sita. ## The movie has been in pre-production for a long time but as per the reports, the project has been put on the backburner for the time being. Mukesh Khanna Opens Up On Why Superhero Movie 'Shaktimaan' Production Getting Delayed

Mumbai, June 7 - In February last year, Sony Pictures India in association with Mukesh Khanna's Bheeshm International, and Brewing Thoughts Private Limited announced the cinematic adaptation of the popular Indian superhero show Shaktimaan. ## Sony Pictures announced the movie as a planned trilogy, but there hasn't been much development happened since the announcement. During this, the rumors have been making rounds that Ranveer Singh was approached to play the iconic role but there was no confirmation about the same after that. ## Mukesh Khanna, who played the titular role in the "Shaktimaan" tv series, has now opened up on why the production of the movie is getting delayed and when it will start rolling. Khanna confirmed that the contract between him and Sony Pictures has already been signed and plans are being made to start the production soon. ## "This is a big-scale project and each film in the trilogy would cost at least 200-300 crores in the making. This is not a small film, it is a massive film, and that takes time. Adipurush Telugu States Pre-Release Business and Break-Even Details Locked

Hyderabad, June 6 - Superstar Prabhas-fronted highly-awaited Adipurush is getting ready to release in theaters on June 16. The movie is having a huge buzz and curiosity among the fans and general audiences or even the trade that is hopeful of massive returns. ## With just 10 days to go for the release, the makers are getting big offers from distributors to grab the theatrical rights. Since Prabhas is playing the lead role, the distributors from Telugu states have thrown huge money for theatrical rights. ## According to Telugu media reports, People Media Factory acquired the Telugu states theatrical rights of the film for a whopping approx. 120 crore, according to T2BLive. Mumbai, June 2 - After the slow start in the morning, Maddock Films' Zara Hatke Zara Bachke picked up well during the day to post a healthy opening day at the box office. ## The movie had scored a decent advance booking which indicated a 3 crores start. However, the buy one get one offer helped the film to do well during the day as early estimates suggest around 5.50 crores net opening day. The number might reach 6 crores net which remains to see. ## Considering the low pre-release buzz, the opening of 5.50-6 crores can be termed very good for a movie featuring Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan. The last theatrical release of Kaushal "Bhoot – Part One" took the opening of 5.10 crores and that was in the pre-pandemic era. ## Should the movie actually open at 5.50 crores or with a little difference here and there, it is good news as the industry really needed the mid-range films to at least, open well before word of mouth comes into the play and ZHZB has been able to do that.## Apart from the buy one get one offer, the trade believes that keeping the low ticket prices has also helped the movie on its opening day and is up for a good opening weekend. Ranveer Singh Locks His Next Films After 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani'

Mumbai, June 1 - Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is gearing up for the release of the much-awaited Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani which is expected to score a much-needed hit for him after back-to-back failures. 'Ram Siya Ram' Song In 'Adipurush' 24-Hours Views Count On YouTube

Mumbai, May 30 - After the massive response to Jai Shri Ram song a week ago, the new song Ram Siya Ram from director Om Raut's Adipurush was launched yesterday, and as expected, it turned out to be another massive hit for the makers. ## Sung and composed by Sachet-Parampara from the lyrics by Manoj Muntashir Shukla, Ram Siya Ram was launched on T-Series' YouTube channel, and in the first 24 hours, it received huge 38+ million views in all languages, which is the second highest ever for a movie song in India. ## The Hindi version of the song got little over 32 million views in 24 hours, which is the second highest ever after the film's first song Jai Shri Ram which scored around 32.20 million views. But it won't go in minus", he said in an interview with Mint. ## He further said that despite the fact that Selfiee and Rakshabandhan did not work at the box office, Disney or Zee have not lost money because of these films as he was the one who didn't earn because of not charging upfront.
