Starks smacked Steamboat with a belt on the August 5 Collision episode, during which Steamboat was the special guest referee in Starks’ match against CM Punk.
In that match, Starks lost when Punk pinned him using leverage, and Steamboat missed Punk's tactics. Starks got a 28-day suspension from in-ring action, which will end on the day of the All Out 2023 event.
