Salman Khan's Legal Team Issues Statement On Legal Notice To KRK For Reviewing Radhe!
Mumbai, May 27, 2021: Kamaal R Khan, who starred in the film Deshdrohi, put out a series of tweets on Wednesday alleging that the Bollywood actor Salman Khan has filed a defamation case against him for reviewing his recently released film, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. ## Now, DSK Legal - the official advocates for Mr. Salman Khan and Salman Khan Ventures have issued a statement regarding the matter. While the legal team of Salman accepts that they have sent a legal notice to KRK, it is not for reviewing Radhe but defaming the actor's image from the last several months just to draw his attention. ## "Mr. Kamaal R Khan, the Defendant, has put out a series of tweets and videos alleging that Mr. Salman Khan has sued him for defamation because the Defendant reviewed the film, Radhe. This is incorrect", their statement reads (according to Box Office Worldwide).## "The suit has been filed as the Defendant has been publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations, including that Mr. Salman Khan is corrupt, that he and his brand Being Human are involved in fraud, manipulation, and money laundering transactions. Defendant has been spreading malicious falsehoods and defaming Mr. Salman Khan consistently over several months, clearly with a view to draw attention to himself", the statement further stated. ## KRK, on May 25, shared the legal notice on the microblogging site, Twitter, and said that Salman sued him for reviewing his film. He also said in one of the tweets that won't be reviewing Salman's film in the future if the actor is affected by his review. ## Stay tuned...
