Without China, which is the biggest movie market in the world, "Spider-Man: No Way Home" is only the 6th title to achieve the feet. The "No Way Home's" total domestic cume is $2.9 million higher than the combined total of "Spider-Man: Homecoming", and "Spider-Man: Far From Home". ## "Spider-Man: Homecoming", which was released in 2017, had grossed $334.2 million at the domestic box office, while its worldwide total reached $880.1 million. On the other hand, "Spider-Man: Far From Home", released in 2019, did better than "Homecoming" and grossed $390.5 million domestically and $1.1 billion globally.## However, there shouldn't be any comparison among all three Spider-Man movies in the Homecoming trilogy. The second film in the franchise was released in 2017 and now, he has returned to direct the 3rd installment based on Marvel Comics. The trilogy stars an ensemble cast featuring Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldaña, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Sean Gunn, Sylvester Stallone, and Will Poulter.## Speaking about the 3rd installment, James Gunn said that it will be "big and dark", and will completely be different from what fans might be expecting it to be. "I just want to be true to the characters, the story and give people the wrap-up that they deserve for the story. Slater serves as head writer on the Marvel/Disney+ superhero series Moon Knight, which stars Oscar Isaac, Ethan Hawke, and Gaspard Ulliel. It is slated to premiere on March 30, 2022. ## Since the release of "Mortal Combat" last year, the fans of this video game adaptation have patiently been waiting for its sequel. Both Aquino and Yeoh are transgender, marking the first time a live-action DC Comics feature film will feature an openly trans character.## Ivory Aquino as Alysia Yeoh will play the best friend of the titular superhero, a.k.a. Barbara Gordon played by Leslie Grace in this original HBO Max film. Yeoh first appeared in a 2011 issue of "Batgirl" written by Gail Simone and penciled by Ardian Syaf.## According to Variety, news of Aquino's casting first leaked online in mid-January after Grace posted a photo seemingly from the set of the film to her Instagram story, tagging Aquino and captioning the shot (of two women crossing the street) with "Barbara and Alysia".## There have been several strides in broadening LGBTQ+ representation in superhero adaptations over the past few years. Mumbai, January 25 - Marvel/Sony Pictures did everything to keep the Spider-Man fans guessing about the elements in "Spider-Man: No Way Home", released a month ago. Even though the secret was revealed with the release of the film in December 2021, the social media users, however, have finally their first official look at the secret, Marvel/Sony was hiding until yesterday. ## For the first time since the film's release in December, fans are seeing a photo from the movie prominently featuring its best and most spoilery part. The image comes courtesy of an interview VFX supervisor Chris Waegner did with the website Befores and Afters, in which he broke down several key special effects sequences in the movie.## One of the first images shows Tom Holland's Peter Parker/Spider-Man uniting with Andrew Garfield, and Tobey Maguire's web slingers. In the image, the Spider-Man in the front and center with his Stark Industries-built suit is Tom Holland while the leftmost figure is Tobey Maguire's Peter Parker and the right one is Andrew Garfield's.## After years of speculation about a multiverse reunion, "Spider-Man: No Way Home" brought together all three actors who had played live-action versions of the Marvel hero in the Spider-Man trilogy and The Amazing Spider-Man movies.
