The record-breaking reign of Roman Reigns, now the longest-reigning Universal Champion in history, is set to make another title defense against Seth Rollins. ## Their title showdown at the Royal Rumble event on Saturday, Jan. 29, will be their first collision since October 2019 on an edition of SmackDown, and it will also represent the first time that they’ll be waging war for the Universal Championship in a singles match. ## As noted, WWE Official Adam Pearce was tasked with naming an opponent for the Universal Title for the premium live event on January 29. Arriving at the Reigns' locker room door with a knock that sounded like classic Shield entrance music, Rollins came face-to-face with his former brother-in-arms and erupted into a mad laugh. And the rest, as they say, is history. ## Rollins debuted on WWE's main roster at the 2012 Survivor Series as part of a faction called The Shield, alongside Jon Moxley (FKA Dean Ambrose in WWE) and Roman Reigns. The stable was later be universally praised and became a major element of WWE in the final years of the PG Era. ## Their first singles showdown came at Money in the Bank on June 19, Rollins defeated Reigns to win his second WWE World Heavyweight Championship, thus also becoming the first wrestler to legitimately defeat Reigns in singles competition on the main roster. ## Also, there is no Paul Heyman slithering around ringside, ready and willing to protect the title reign of The Tribal Chief at all costs. The Usos were also barred from ringside for the encounter, create a scenario in which Reigns will be forced to go it alone for the first time in a long time. Currently, Reigns is one of the top prizes in the industry. Newly crowned WWE Champion Brock Lesnar will go head-to-head with Bobby Lashley. There is no doubt, the combined force of Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar is gonna put on a hell of a match, probably a double of what is being expected. ## Nevertheless, everybody at the show would be looking for a clean winner. After Universal Champion Roman Reigns was unable to compete at WWE Day 1 due to COVID protocols, the intimidating Lesnar insisted he be added to the WWE Championship Match at the inaugural Premium Live Event. ## Out of the furious free-for-all of the Fatal 5-Way, The Beast overcame Lashley, Big E, Seth “Freakin’” Rollins, and Kevin Owens to claim the WWE Title and once again stand on top of the mountain. ## Two days later, The All-Mighty returned on Raw and emerged victorious in a fatal 4-way match against Owens, Rollins and Big E to re-establish themselves as the next challenger to The Conqueror, the same match as the original. Chris Evans To Join Dwayne Johnson In Amazon Studios’ Upcoming Holiday Film, 'Red One'

Dwayne Johnson and Chris Evans are probably going to make a great holiday movie for fans around the world. ## According to Variety, Marvel star Chris Evans is set to star alongside Dwayne Johnson in Amazon Studios' upcoming holiday film "Red One". The film is described as "a globe-trotting, four-quadrant action-adventure comedy that envisions a new universe to explore within the holiday genre." ## Amazon Studios is said to be developing the project, which is based on an origin story by Hiram Garcia, president of the production at Seven Bucks Productions. ## Jake Kasdan is slated to direct “Red One”. He has previously co-starred with Johnson and the Seven Bucks in the blockbuster “Jumanji” franchise). Johnson will also be up to produce the project, along with Hiram and Danny Garcia on behalf of Seven Bucks Productions.
