She won her first WWE Women's Championship that night. Asuka, who was the previous champion, is due for a rematch in your opinion. This rematch is happening in two weeks from now. ## The announcement for this match came on the September 8th episode of SmackDown. Charlotte Flair and Shotzi faced off against SKY and Bayley. During the match, Asuka interfered, causing Sky and Bayley to lose. Afterward, Asuka had a quick face-off with IYO Sky. Later that same night, during a backstage chat, SKY confirmed that she would give Asuka a title match, which is now scheduled to happen in two weeks. ## Rey Mysterio & Santos Escobar vs. Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins ## During the September 15 SmackDown episode, Santos Escobar threw down a challenge to Rey Mysterio for the WWE United States Championship. Rey, with a smile, accepted the challenge. ## After this, Bobby Lashley, Angelo Dawkins, and Montez Ford made their entrance and interrupted the group. Later, it was announced that Mysterio and Escobar would face Dawkins and Ford on September 22. ## John Cena to appear on SmackDown ## The Greatest of All-Time is set to make his comeback to SmackDown this week after a pretty eventful Friday last week. ## On the previous SmackDown, we spotted Cena backstage, hanging out with The Rock. Later in the night, Cena was the special guest on The Grason Waller Effect. During the segment, Solo and Jimmy Uso launched an attack on John Cena, prompting Styles to step in and assist Cena. ## Predicted Match Card ## #1. Austin Theory Cuts A Promo ## On last week's SmackDown, The Rock made a surprising comeback and, with some assistance from Pat McAfee, took down Austin Theory. The Rock's return occurred while Pat and Theory were engaged in a promo earlier in the show. ## The Most Electrifying Man in All of Entertainment, along with Pat McAfee, was observed delivering People's Elbows to Austin Theory. So, it's likely that Austin Theory will have a promo to address what happened to him last week on SmackDown. ## #2. AJ Styles & John Cena vs. Jimmy Uso & Solo Sikoa ## Last week on SmackDown, AJ Styles and Finn Balor had a singles match. Priest and Dominik were barred from ringside to prevent distractions. The match was going perfectly for AJ Styles until Jimmy Uso unexpectedly appeared out of nowhere. He caused a distraction that allowed Balor to secure the victory. ## Later in the main event of the show, Solo Sikoa came out to assist Jimmy Uso in launching a 2-on-1 attack on John Cena. AJ Styles rushed into the ring to aid Cena in fending off the assault. ## #3. IYO SKY vs Asuka To Be Made Offical For WWE Fastlane ## At SummerSlam, Sky used her Money in the Bank contract to challenge Bianca Belair after a triple threat match with Asuka and Charlotte Flair. ## Later that same night, during a backstage chat, SKY confirmed that she would give Asuka a title match, which is now scheduled to happen in two weeks. I think the match wouldn't end cleanly, so it should be scheduled for WWE's upcoming event, "Fastlane." ## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk...

WWE Monday Night Raw Predictions & Match Card, September 18, 2023: Preview, Start Time

Here is the full Match Card for this week's Monday Night Raw which is scheduled to air on September 18, 2023, live from Delta Center in Salt Lake City, UT. ## Monday Night Raw currently airs live on Monday evenings on the USA Network from 8:00 ET–11:00 PM ET in the United States. WWE Raw starts live at 1 am in the UK on BT Sport 1 on Tuesday mornings. ## WWE Raw Time In Australia: It airs live on Tuesdays at 10 am (AEST) on Fox8 ## WWE Raw Time In Canada: It airs live every Monday at 8 Am on Sportsnet 360 ## WWE Raw Time In South Africa: The show also airs live on Supersport in South Africa on Tuesdays at 02:00 am CAT ## Raw Time In Italy: In Italy, Raw airs live on Dplay 2:00 pm ## WWE Raw Time In India: Raw airs live on Sony Ten 1 HD and Sony Ten 1 in India at 5:30 am ## WWE Raw Commentator ## Jimmy Smith (play-by-play commentator) ## Corey Graves (color commentator) ## Byron Saxton (color commentator) ## Tickets Are Available Here## Confirmed Match Card ## Cody Rhodes vs. Dominik Mysterio in a SummerSlam rematch ## Next Monday on Raw, Cody Rhodes and Dominik Mysterio are going to have a rematch from SummerSlam.## In the previous week, Cody Rhodes was having a talk with Jey Uso when Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh showed up and interrupted them. Things got heated, and there was a big showdown between Rhodes and McDonagh. In the end, Rhodes came out on top, delivering a Cody Cutter to Mysterio and following it up with a Cross Rhodes on McDonagh. ## Singles Match: Drew McIntyre vs. Jey Uso ## Jey will wrestle his first match since making his Raw return last week and his opponents will be none other than Drew McIntyre. ## New Day vs Viking Raiders in a 2-out-of-3 Falls Match ## The New Day and The Viking Raiders will get to the point as they collide in a 2-out-of-3 Falls Match. This will not be their first clash as they have clashed twice recently with each other getting the win. ## Ricochet vs. Shinsuke Nakamura ## Ricochet goes one-on-one with Shinsuke Nakamura once more. ## Predicted Match Card ## #1. Nia Jax Takes On Raquel Rodriguez ## On last week's Raw, Rhea Ripley won against Raquel Rodriguez in a Women's World Title Match, but Nia Jax got involved and also took down Rhea Ripley. ## So, I believe Raquel Rodriguez should face Nia Jax in a one-on-one match to settle things. If not a match, we might see a face-off involving these two, possibly with Rhea Ripley getting involved too. ## #2. Seth Rollins To Involve Into Ricochet vs. Nakamura Match ## There's definitely a match coming up between Seth Rollins and Shinsuke Nakamura, but we don't know exactly when it'll happen. However, before that, fans will see Nakamura face off against Ricochet this week on Raw. ## #3. Drew McIntyre vs. Jey Uso To Have An Interesting End ## Jey is set for his first match since his Raw comeback last week, and he'll be facing Drew McIntyre. I can't confirm if there will be interference from The Bloodline family, but there might be something along those lines. ## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk...

WWE SmackDown Predictions & Match Card September 15, 2023: Preview, Start Time, Location

Here is the full Match Card for this week's Friday Night edition which is scheduled to air on September 15, 2023, live from Ball Arena in Denver, CO. ## Friday Night SmackDown currently airs live every Friday on Fox from 8:00 ET–10:00 PM ET in the United States. WWE SmackDown starts live at 1 am in the UK on BT Sport 1 on Saturday mornings. ## WWE SmackDown Time In Australia: It airs live on at 10 am (AEST) on Fox8 ## WWE SmackDown Time In Canada: It airs live every Friday at 8 Am on Sportsnet 360 ## WWE SmackDown Time In South Africa: The show also airs live on Supersport in South Africa on Saturday at 02:00 am CAT ## SmackDown Time In Italy: In Italy, SmackDown airs on DMAX at 2:00 pm with the international version of one-hour shows airing on Cielo in Italian ## WWE SmackDown Time In India: SmackDown airs live on Sony Ten 1 HD and Sony Ten 1 in India at 5:30 am ## Tickets Are Available Here!## Confirmed Match Card ## "The Grayson Waller Effect" with special guest John Cena ## It's "The Grayson Waller Effect" this coming week on Friday with John Cena making an appeance as a special guest. Grayson Waller is quite familiar with John Cena, having experienced an unexpected Attitude Adjustment from the renowned "Greatest of All Time" during WWE Money in the Bank. ## LA Knight battles The Miz in a WWE Payback rematch ## LA Knight has been locked in a heated rivalry with The Miz ever since his SummerSlam victory. Their feud escalated to a match at Payback, where Knight emerged victorious, with a surprising appearance by John Cena as the special guest referee. ## However, Knight feels Cena played a role in his win, so he's challenging The Miz again next week on SmackDown. This match was confirmed during the September 8th episode of SmackDown, following Knight's win against Austin Theory. ## WINNER PREDICTION: LA Knight ## Predicted Match Card ## #1. John Cena To Overcome Grayson Waller ## This won't be their first face-off, as John Cena and Grayson Waller crossed paths in the WWE Money In The Bank ring. "The Greatest of All Time" hit Grayson with an Attitude Adjustment. Tonight, they'll share the same ring again, but this time, Cena will be Waller's guest. We can't predict what will go down. ## In my view, John Cena might launch a powerful attack and could end up challenging Waller to a highly anticipated match in the near future. ## #2. The Street Profits Vs. The Judgment Day ## On last Friday's SmackDown, The Judgment Day won against The Brawling Brutes. After the match, Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits came out and got in the face of The Judgement. This could mean that The Street Profits might face The Judgement Day in a tag team match, and Bobby Lashley is keeping an eye on things. ## #3. LA Knight To Defeat The Miz Clean ## I'd pick LA Knight to take down The Miz decisively, as Knight is currently one of the most popular figures in WWE. At WWE Payback, with John Cena as the special guest referee, Knight secured a victory against The Miz. Now, he's getting another shot at The Miz, but this time, I believe LA Knight will leave no room for debate as he defeats him cleanly. ## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk...

Road Dogg: WWE Made The Right Call By Waiting To Turn Roman Reigns Heel

The impressive transformation of Roman Reigns' character over the years has been much documented. He went from being a rather uninspiring babyface to becoming one of the most stunning heels in the WWE. However, some now argue that WWE might have waited too long to turn Reigns into a villain. ## During his babyface run, Roman Reigns received criticism from both fans and fellow wrestlers, despite participating in high-profile matches against top talent. ## The decision to eventually turn Roman Reigns heel is widely regarded as one of the best moves made by WWE in the past decade. Nevertheless, there are those who feel that the company could have made this change earlier, particularly as far back as 2015. ## In the latest episode of Oh...You Didn't Know, Road Dogg shared his thoughts on Roman Reigns' growth in WWE. According to him, he believes that the company should not have turned Reigns into a villain any sooner than they did. ## “No, I don’t think so. You gotta let stuff sit, you gotta let stuff simmer. I know that’s unpopular in today’s day and age, where I can get whatever I want, and I can get it right now. Sometimes you gotta sit on this, and see which way the wind blows. Boy, it blew in the right direction, because look [at] where we stand now, and where he stands now — as an individual and superstar. ## People hated him, they hated him. They hate him now, and yet everybody in the soldout arena, of which there are a lot of them now, acknowledges him on the weekly. They listen to his every word, they are hanging on his every word, and every facial [expression] in these in-ring promos.” ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.

Bayley Goes Down With Knee Injury In Live Event, WWE Awaits Test Results

During a WWE live event in Salisbury, MD on Sunday night, Bayley suffered an unfortunate injury in a 4-way match also involving Charlotte Flair, Women's World Champion Asuka, and Bianca Belair. ## The incident occurred when Asuka fell down, causing Bayley to seemingly halt her movement to avoid running into her, resulting in her own fall. Interestingly, this was a non-contact injury. Bayley clutched her knee, prompting the referee to signal for medical assistance by raising the "X" sign. Consequently, the match was abruptly concluded, and they swiftly proceeded to the finish. ## During a Q&A session, Mike Johnson of Pwinsider mentioned that WWE is awaiting the results of medical tests before making any decisions regarding the appropriate course of action for Bayley's injury. ## Johnson wrote, “I was told that they were waiting to get some medical tests back so they could properly diagnose and decide on a course of action. I would hope the fact she walked out of the arena that night under her own power, even limping, is a good sign.” ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.

AEW Updates List Of Banned Moves, But Tony Khan Says It's 'Not a Big Deal'

During a brief appearance on The Dan Le Batard Show on Tuesday, Tony Khan, the head of AEW, played down the significance of the recent modifications regarding the permitted and restricted moves in his company. ## One of the show's co-hosts inquired whether these changes were implemented to reduce injuries that hindered Khan's ability to arrange desired matches and if he aimed to create a safer environment within the company. ## "Yes, I want to have a great pro wrestling company, a hard-hitting pro wrestling company. Those aren't really crazy changes. It's nothing that's going to change the show. It's really more guidelines for the referees as much as anything else. It's good stuff for the wrestlers to know," he said. ## In the previous week, news emerged that the company had revised their internal roster of prohibited maneuvers and those necessitating prior authorization. ## Khan approximated that approximately "20%" of the matches he desired to organize had experienced delays or alterations owing to injuries. Throughout the interview, Khan expressed satisfaction with the progress of AEW Collision, stating that it has been a resounding success. He also acknowledged that the comeback of CM Punk has proven highly fruitful for the company. ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.

Pat McAfee's Return Update, The Miz Expresses His Interest For A Match

Pat McAfee rose to prominence in the NFL before venturing into the world of WWE, where he became an influential figure during his time with the company. Fans were initially unaware of the significant role McAfee would play in WWE. Although he is currently not active in WWE, recent reports indicate that his return opponent has been revealed. ## McAfee made his WWE debut in 2018 and engaged in a heated rivalry with Adam Cole. By 2021, he transitioned into a color commentator role on SmackDown, joining Michael Cole. ## Even Michael Cole himself openly expressed that McAfee reignited his passion for professional wrestling. McAfee's last appearance on WWE television was during the Royal Rumble, and he has been absent since then. Subsequently, McAfee embraced fatherhood and secured a lucrative deal with ESPN, further augmenting his career. ## During a recent episode of Monday Night RAW, The Miz called out Pat McAfee, labeling him as the 'most overpaid person in sports.' This declaration came after The Miz expressed his desire for a match against McAfee during an interview with local media. ## Moreover, McAfee's ESPN deal ensures that he will receive a substantial annual income. It remains to be seen whether McAfee will return to WWE to engage in a feud with The Miz in time for SummerSlam. ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.

SummerSlam Headliner Set: Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor For The WWE World Heavyweight Championship

On the July 17 episode of WWE Raw, an interview was held with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and Byron Saxton. With WWE SummerSlam just a few weeks away, Rollins was questioned about his plans for defending the title.## Rollins expressed his belief that the championship deserved to be defended in a prominent match. Soon after, Finn Balor interrupted the interview and made it clear that he sought a rematch. He vowed to exact revenge by winning the title and altering Rollins' life, much like Rollins had taken his Universal Championship in 2016. ## In response, Rollins stated that the title held more significance than their personal grievances, and if Balor simply wanted to settle a score, the championship need not be involved. Balor began to walk away but unexpectedly attacked the champion. ## Later in the episode, the broadcast team confirmed that Rollins would indeed defend the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Balor at WWE SummerSlam. It's worth noting that Rollins had previously emerged victorious against Balor to retain the title at WWE Money in the Bank. Balor's chances in that match were hindered by a distraction from Damian Priest. ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.

New WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Crowned On 7/17/23 WWE Raw

The WWE Women's Tag Team Championships underwent a surprising change on the July 17 edition of Monday Night Raw. Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville managed to pull off an upset by defeating Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. Deville secured the victory by pinning Morgan after delivering a powerful running knee strike, following Green's execution of an Unprettier. ## With this triumph, Green and Deville put an end to Morgan and Rodriguez's third championship reign, which lasted for a mere 17 days. Morgan and Rodriguez initially captured the titles at the Money In The Bank premium live event, where they emerged victorious against the formidable duo of Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler. ## AND NEW WOMEN'S TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!@ImChelseaGreen @SonyaDevilleWWE #WWERaw pic.twitter.com/ZzCUNW1FKh— WWE on FOX (@WWEonFOX) July 18, 2023 ## Furthermore, this achievement marks the first-ever championship win for both Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green within WWE. The pair have been collaborating as a tag team since February. ## Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green: A Dynamic Duo to Watch ## During an interview with Maria Menounos, Sonya Deville discussed her partnership with Chelsea Green in WWE. Green made her return to WWE at WWE Royal Rumble 2023, and soon after, she joined forces with Deville, forming a formidable tag team leading up to WrestleMania 39. The duo participated in the Women's WrestleMania Showcase and have continued to team up ever since. ## Deville highlighted the success she experienced with her previous tag team partner, Mandy Rose, as they were best friends. She further explained how she and Green instantly connected and developed great chemistry together. ## “Me and Mandy were best friends, and I think that’s why the chemistry worked. Chelsea and I hadn’t talked in a while, and then when she came back to WWE, we ended up as partners immediately. We just clicked and hit it off. It’s so cool, and I mess around with her all the time because she’s so over the top and opposite of me in a lot of ways. She’ll come with an all-pink outfit, with pink sunglasses, pink earrings, pink shoes, pink toenails, and I’m like, ‘How did this happen?’ Here I am like Darth Vader or Wednesday Addams [wearing all black]. I’m like, ‘How did I get stuck with you?’ It’s funny," Deville said. ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.

Upcoming IMPACT Wrestling PPV Schedule 2023

Impact Wrestling, formerly known as Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), has come a long way since its inception in 2002. The promotion's main output was originally a two-hour weekly program broadcast exclusively on pay-per-view. However, in 2004, Impact! launched as the company's flagship weekly television show, and monthly live three-hour pay-per-view events began to be produced. These events were initially held at the Impact Zone in Orlando, Florida and quickly became some of the most popular wrestling pay-per-views in the world. ## In 2013, Impact Wrestling revamped its monthly event schedule to focus on four quarterly-held PPV cards. This change was made to reduce costs and increase viewership. Instead of monthly events, Impact began producing the TNA One Night Only series of taped specials that aired via pay-per-view providers. These specials were often themed around specific wrestlers or storylines, giving fans a chance to see some of their favorite Impact Wrestling stars in action without having to wait for a monthly pay-per-view. ## Since 2019, Impact Wrestling has further evolved its pay-per-view model with the introduction of the Impact Plus Monthly Specials. These specials are directly tied to storylines leading into the promotion's PPV events and are exclusively available to stream on Impact Plus, the company's subscription streaming service. ## table { border-collapse: collapse; width: 100%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; } th, td { text-align: center; padding: 12px; border-bottom: 1px solid #ddd; } th { background-color: #f2f2f2; color: #333; } tr:nth-child(even) { background-color: #f9f9f9; } tr:hover { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Event Date Location Timing ImpactxNJPW Multiverse United 2 August 20, 2023 Philadelphia, PA, US TBA Impact Emergence August 27, 2023 Rebel Entertainment Centre, Toronto, ON, Canada 8:00 PM EST Impact Victory Road September 08, 2023 Westchester County Center, White Plains, NY, US 8:00 PM EST Impact Bound of Glory October 21, 2023 Cicero Stadium, Chicago, IL, US 8:00 PM EST Impact Chicago Heat July 28-29, 2023 Cicero Stadium, Chicago, IL, US 7:00 PM EST Impact Emergence Fallout August 28, 2023 Rebel Entertainment Centre, Toronto, ON, Canada 8:00 PM EST Impact Bound of Glory Fallout October 22, 2023 Cicero Stadium, Chicago, IL, US 8:00 PM EST ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.
