This twist comes despite Dominik being a member of the Raw brand's Judgment Day stable, led by Rhea Ripley. ## In a post-show interview, Escobar clarified that Dominik is not joining Legado Del Fantasma, his own faction. Today, with a more scripted approach, going off-script is a risky move. Wrestlers who deviate from the plan often face backstage heat or even punishment, unless they hold significant star power. ## Despite the potential consequences, several wrestlers have taken the chance in recent years, resulting in some memorable segments. ## Goldberg recently had an interview with Tim Green - Nothing Left Unsaid, and was asked if he has ever gone off the script. ## Yeah, well, there are guys that go off script all the time, I was probably one of them. I went off script because I couldn't remember it, not because I wanted to. And that happened a number of times with me. But there were a couple of guys along the way that weren't so happy about laying down for a guy that's been in the business for a short period of time. That comes with the territory, I understand it to a point. ## But at the end of the day, it is kind of fixed, right? So it's not like doing a true athletic competition where you're actually gonna lose. I guess kind of like Romo at the end of The Longest Yard, he didn't want to get run over by Adam Saddler, but it's a movie, right? It's a movie, it's not real. So, um, there were guys along the way, a couple of them, but they came to it in the end. But, you know, like again, you're going to have people that are in your corner or against you, wanting to see you succeed or wanting to see you fail, it's just life. ## Yeah, the guys who get to choose are the Vince McMahon's and the, um, who did I just, what was his name? Eric Bischoff, Eric Bischoff, I see, you know, even more than I do, yeah, Bischoff and Vince get to decide. At the end of the day, it's the most popular, it's whoever's gonna draw the most money, whether it's a good guy or a bad guy, it's all storyline-oriented and it's all fictitious and it's all in the direction they want to lead you.## But some guys can do it and some guys can't. I can't really put a finger on it, but I would go out there and wrestle like there was no one there. I'd go out and do my job and I'd try to do it to the best of my ability. Former WWE Universal Champion Bill Goldberg isn't shy about his frustrations with the company. In a recent interview with Nothing Left Unsaid, Goldberg took aim at WWE for what he perceives as disrespect towards his legacy. ## The most glaring issue for Goldberg seems to be Asuka's undefeated streak in NXT surpassing his own WCW record. Goldberg referred to Asuka dismissively as "some Japanese girl" and questioned the timing of her streak ending just as he returned to WWE in 2016. ## “A girl beat my winning streak… beat my undefeated streak. Yeah, I can’t even remember… ‘A-soo-ka’ is her name. Some Japanese girl. And they touted her as being the one to have the longest winning streak." ## Goldberg went further, implying WWE management, specifically Triple H (Paul Levesque), played a role in both Asuka's streak and the increased use of the Spear finisher by other wrestlers. The video features McIntyre lifting weights while Justin Timberlake's "Cry Me A River" blasts in the background. ## This song choice is a clear reference to the reported backstage altercation at AEW All Out that led to Punk's departure from the company. The quote "Have a nice flight in," allegedly uttered by AEW Young Bucks member Jack Perry, is said to have been the spark that ignited the incident. ## McIntyre's caption simply reads "Looking forward to seeing you in Chicago," adding fuel to the already fiery feud.
