Pawan Kalyan's 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh' With Director Harish Shankar To Go On Floors On April 5

Hyderabad, March 24 - Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan's long-delayed action drama film Ustaad Bhagat Singh with director Harish Shankar is finally moving ahead. ## It was announced in September 2020 under the title of "Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh", but due to some issues, it was reportedly shelved. The duo of PSPK and Harish revived the project with the title "Ustaad Bhagat Singh" late last year. ## Now, as per the latest reports, the much-awaited film will commence filming on April 5 this year. It was reported that "Ustaad Bhagat Singh" is a remake of the Tamil title "Theri", however, director Harish Shankar recently revealed that it is a fresh story and not a remake. ## The movie will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers and the music will be composed by Rockstar DSP. It marks the second collaboration of Pawan Kaylan and Harish Shankar. Hyderabad, March 23 - Telugu heartthrob Vijay Deverakonda and lady superstar Samantha Ruth Prabhu's romantic-comedy film Kushi will be released on September 1, 2023, in theaters worldwide. ## Directed by Shiva Nirvana, "Kushi" was originally scheduled for Christmas 2022 release, however, due to the delay in the shoot, the makers postponed the release. Hyderabad, February 18 - The highest-awaited sci-fi actioner Project K starring superstar Prabhas has confirmed the official release date. The ambitious movie, directed by Nag Ashwin, has been the talk of the town ever since it was announced and it is finally hitting theaters next year. ## Produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, "Project K", which was originally announced for a 2022 release, will be hitting worldwide theaters on January 12, 2024, in multiple languages as a Sankranthi special. There have been rumors that the movie would be released in two parts but the makers haven't confirmed the same with the release date announcement. ## Sankranthi has always been a lucrative time for Telugu movies at the box office, and "Project K" being the most-anticipated not just Telugu but Indian films, it will fancy its chances to really strike gold.## Vyjayanthi Movies took to Twitter and announced the date with an excellent poster. Saif Ali Khan To Play Antagonist Against Jr. NTR In NTR 30?

Hyderabad, February 16 - Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has reportedly been cast to play the lead antagonist in Jr. NTR-fronted "NTR 30". ## Directed by Koratala Siva, "NTR 30" has been planned as a big-scale Pan India movie, and the makers are locking actors across different industries to shape the movie in that way. Janhvi Kapoor has already been locked to play the female lead opposite Jr. NTR.## According to the latest reports, Koratala Siva and NTR have roped Saif Ali Khan in a negative role. The actor impressed one and all with his villainous side in Ajay Devgn-fronted "Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior". He is also playing a negative role in magnum opus "Adipurush" which is slated for June 16, 2023, releases. ## The official confirmation regarding the cast is yet to be made. It was recently reported that the makers are also in talks with other actors to play the main villain but Saif is said to be the front-runner. The official announcement is expected to be made on February 24 when the movie will be launched. ## The shoot of "NTR 30" will kickstart in the 3rd week of March. It will apparently be shot in Hyderabad, Vizag, and Goa, and there's plenty of VFX involved as well. Jr. NTR and Director Trivikram's Next Together To Be A Big-Budget Mythology Film

Hyderabad, February 15 - Telugu superstar Jr. NTR is gearing up to kickstart the filming of his much-awaited Pan Indian biggie, tentatively titled "NTR30". It will be directed by Koratala Siva who previously directed NTR in "Janatha Garage" which was a massive hit. ## After "NTR30", the "RRR" star will start director Prashanth Neel's action thriller. It will again be made in multiple languages. Meanwhile, in 2021, the actor announced his collaboration with director Trivikram Srinivas after a successful stint with "Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava". However, due to some reasons, the movie couldn't go on floors and was seemingly canceled by the makers. ## Now, it has been revealed that the movie wasn't canceled and was only postponed due to some reasons. Makers Re-Confirm Release Date of SSMB28; Lead Antagonist Also Finalized

Hyderabad, February 13 - Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu is busy with the shooting of director Trivikram Srinivas' action entertainer, tentatively titled "SSMB 28". The shoot commenced last month after some delay but now going at a brisk pace. ## "SSMB28" marks the third collaboration between Mahesh Babu and Trivikram after "Athadu" and "Khaleja", and it features Pooja Hegde as the female lead opposite Babu. The movie was originally announced for April 2023 release, but makers recently confirmed that it would be postponed to August 11 this year. ## There were rumors that the release of "SSMB28" will be pushed further, however, producer Naga Vamsi has re-confirmed that there won't be a further delay and it will indeed be released as scheduled. Ram Charan Opens Up On 'RRR' Not Getting Picked For Oscars 2023 By Indian Jury

Hyderabad, February 11 - The Film Federation of India (FFI) left everyone stunned when it picked the Gujarati movie "The Chhello Show" (Last Film Show) as India's official entry for Oscars 2023, over SS Rajamouli's "RRR" which has been winning accolades internationally and getting wide recognition. ## "Last Film Show" though did receive critical acclaim but failed to score nominations in the Best International Feature Film category which further widened the criticism for FFI for not picking "RRR". Meanwhile, Ram Charan, who plays the role of Ramaraju in the film, finally reacts to the decision. ## During a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Ram Charan said that he was not entirely surprised by the decision but was a little disappointed that the movie was not picked.## "I really don't understand the process of selection. Prior to this, I had no knowledge of how it's done, so I don't know if I can really comment on it. Whoever did the selection, I'm sure they (FFI) have been in the process for many years, and I'm sure [Last Film Show] is a great film. I haven't gotten the chance to see it yet, but nevertheless, I hope this is a great beginning for us", the actor said. ## "We are so happy with the reception from the West, the East, and India, and all these nominations and awards are definitely great. Hyderabad, February 10 - Lady superstar Samantha Ruth Prabhu's long-awaited historical romantic drama film "Shaakuntalam" has been dealing with multiple delays as far as the release date is concerned. The movie being VFX heavy is taking longer than expected time in the post-production. ## Directed by Gunasekhar, "Shaakuntalam" is now confirmed to hit big screens worldwide on April 14, 2023, in multiple languages.
