Sunny Deol, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, And Mithun Chakraborty's Action Thriller Film Is Titled 'Baap'

Mumbai, June 17 - A few days ago, it was reported that the 80s Bollywood stars Sunny Deol, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, and Mithun Chakraborty are teaming up for the first time for an action thriller film directed by Vivek Chauhan. And now, the latest social media post by Jackie Shroff has confirmed this mega-development. ## Jackie Shroff, in his Twitter post, shared a picture with Sanjay Dutt and Mithun Da, and by the looks of the picture, it seems they have started shooting for the movie. While Jackie Shroff and Sanjay Dutt are in the gate-up of prisoners, Mithun Da seems to be playing the role of a lawyer. Sunny Deol's role is yet to be known. ## While the makers are officially yet to announce the title, the movie has been titled "Baap" and it is touted to be the Baap of all action films. Mumbai, June 11 - To see the 80s action stars on the big screen has always been a fantasy of the young generation, and to be able to see a few of them together to going to be a real deal. Well, the big collaboration is happening as four of the fan-favorite action stars since the 80s are coming together for an action thriller film. ## According to Pinkvilla, Sunny Deol, Mithun Chakraborty, Sanjay Dutt, and Jackie Shroff are teaming up for a film that will be produced by Ahmed Khan in a collaboration with Zee Studio. The action thriller, to be directed by Vivek Chauhan, will commence filming this month and will be shot in multiple locations over a lengthy period. ## "The baap of action - Mithun Chakraborty, Sunny Deol, Sanjay Dutt, and Jackie Shroff are teaming up on a dhamakedaar action entertainer. The film goes on floors within a month with a marathon schedule. The movie will be shot at multiple locations, including a studio in Mumbai", read the report. ## The report further states that this big collaboration is an attempt to bring back the action stars, who have been here since the 80s, together in a single film. It is said that the movie has been in the planning for almost a year now and it is finally hitting the floors within a month. ## Sunny Deol, meanwhile, will also be seen in "Gadar 2", which is being produced by Zee Studios. The film is the sequel to Deol's all-time blockbuster, Gadar (2021). Sunny Deol also has R Balki's "Chup" ready to release. Chennai, June 10 - Kamal Haasan-fronted "Vikram" has had an excellent opening week at the domestic as well as overseas box office, grossing over 250 crores worldwide. The movie remained unbreakable on its second Friday as it scored an estimated 8 crores net. The second weekend looks to score over 30 crores net, which will take the movie to over 175 crores net. Currently, "Vikram" stands at 151+ crores, including the second Friday. The Lokesh Kanagaraj-directed action thriller flick continues to make big bucks in the home state, Tamil Nadu.
