The Biopic of Industrialist Ratan Tata Is In The Works?

Chennai, November 22 - National award-winning filmmaker, Sudha Kongara is reportedly working on the biopic of the famous Indian industrialist, Ratan Tata. Tata is one of the renowned industrialists and the former chairman of Tata Sons. ## It is said that Sudha, who came to the limelight with Suriya-starrer "Soorarai Pottru", has been planning to direct Tata's biopic and the research on the same is reportedly in the crucial stage. The film will bring many facets of the life of Tata and will also showcase many incidents around his life that are not available in the public domain.## According to Cinema Express, the casting of the film is also underway with Suriya and Abhishek Bachchan in consideration to play the role of the legendary industrialist. Thalapathy Vijay's 'Varisu' Pre-Release Business Is Eye-Popping

Chennai, November 16 - Thalapathy Vijay's much-awaited family action drama film Varisu is getting ready to release on Pongal 2023. It is arguably the biggest Indian film releasing on Sankranthi 2023 among the other films like Ajith Kumar's "Thunivu", Megastar Chiranjeevi's "Waltair Veerayya", and Nandamuri Balakrishna's "Veera Simha Reddy". ## Thalapathy Vijay carries a massive loyal fan following and this is clearly tempting makers to set things higher for "Varisu" as far as its pre-release business is concerned. The Lokesh Kangaraj-directed movie grossed 180.57 crores, and with today's collection, "PS-1" has reached approx. 182 crores in the home state. It is all set to become the first movie ever to enter the 200 crores club. ## Produced by Madras Talkies and Lyca Productions, "PS-1" has not only beaten "Vikram" in Tamil Nadu but also overtaken its worldwide lifetime collection (414.43 crores) to become the second biggest Tamil movie of all time, behind only Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar's "2.0" (744 crores).
