Vijay's 'Jana Nayagan' Post-Theatrical OTT Dead Locked

Chennai, April 2 - The anticipation is building up for Thalapathy Vijay's political action thriller Jana Nayagan, which is potentially the swan song of the actor's acting career. The film is directed by H. Vinoth, marking his first collaboration with the Tamil superstar. ## Jana Nayagan is scheduled to release on January 9, 2026, during the Pongal festivals, and there is a massive buzz among the trade for the obvious reasons. The movie, produced by KVN Productions, is currently under production, and according to the latest reports, the makers have locked the post-theatrical digital deal. ## It has been revealed that Jana Nayagan's post-theatrical streaming rights have been bagged by Amazon Prime Video in all languages at a huge price of around 120 crores.
