AEW has made some exciting additions to the card for the August 2 episode of AEW Dynamite, which will mark the show's 200th edition.

Firstly, it has been announced that Toni Storm will be putting her AEW World Women's Championship on the line as she defends the title against Hikaru Shida. Shida secured her title shot after defeating Nyla Rose in the main event of the July 28 episode of AEW Rampage. Following the match, Storm, Saraya, and Ruby Soho confronted Shida, setting the stage for this anticipated title clash.



Additionally, the ROH World Tag Team Championship will be up for grabs as Aussie Open (Mark Davis and Kyle Fletcher) defend their titles against the formidable duo of AAA Mega Champion El Hijo del Vikingo and Komander. Aussie Open captured the tag team titles at ROH Death Before Dishonor 2023, and they will now face a strong challenge from the Mexican duo.

Notably, Komander has recently secured his first AEW victory, defeating Kip Sabian in a thrilling singles match on the July 28 episode of AEW Rampage.
