John Cena Gives An Update To Fans; Undergoes A Second Successful Surgery

New York, 22 November - John Cena underwent two successful arm surgeries in November 2023.

Cena shared the news with his fans on social media, expressing his gratitude to his surgeon, Dr. Jeffrey Dugas, and the team at the Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center in Birmingham, Alabama. Cena has not disclosed the specific nature of his injuries, but he is expected to make a full recovery.



Cena wrote the following message:

On November 10th, John Cena expressed his gratitude to Dr. Jeff Dugas on social media for fixing and cleaning up his arm. He mentioned that he still needed to get his other arm fixed.

Cena's most recent WWE match was at WWE Crown Jewel 2023, where he suffered a defeat at the hands of Solo Sikoa. Following this match, there were rumors circulating about Cena potentially ending his WWE career as a full-time wrestler.

The SAG-AFTRA strike ended earlier in November, and Cena obtained written approval from SAG to return to WWE in September for a two-month run.
