Drishyam 2 Box Office Prediction: Mohanlal-Starrer Set For Second Biggest Opening For A Malayalam Film

Mumbai, May 19 - The excitement surrounding Drishyam 3 continues to rise as the Mohanlal-led thriller gears up for its theatrical release on May 21. Directed by Jeethu Joseph, the film marks the return of Georgekutty, one of the most celebrated characters in Indian cinema, and the anticipation is clearly reflecting in the advance booking trends across India and overseas markets. At present, the record for the highest opening also belongs to Mohanlal, whose Empuraan opened at around 70 crore gross worldwide. Drishyam 3 is certain to score the second biggest opening, and it needs to be seen how far it can climb.
