Box Office: 'Jawan' Tops 'Pathaan' To Score Biggest First Week of All-Time In Hindi

Mumbai, September 14 - Director Atlee Kumar's action thriller, Jawan starring superstar Shah Rukh Khan has set a new first week (7 days) record at the domestic box office. The movie has beaten the record of SRK's own movie "Pathaan" to score the biggest first week of all time for a Bollywood movie.

"Jawan", which is produced by SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment, scored a fantastic 327.88 crores net collection in Hindi in the first week, surpassing "Pathaan's" 318.50 crores net collection. The 8-day extended first week of "Jawan" is looking to be around 346 crores net while "Pathaan" had scored 336 crores in as many days.



"Jawan" and "Pathaan" are the only two films to top 300 crores net collection in the first week in Hindi. There have been 9 films to hit 200 crores net first-week collection and four of them have come in the last two years, including three in 2023 which are also the top 3 first-week grosser.

1. Jawan - 327.88 Cr



2. Pathaan - 318.50 Cr

3. Gadar 2 - 284.63 Cr

4. KGF 2 - 255.05 Cr
