All-Time Blockbuster 'Jawan' Final Worldwide Box Office Collection and Records

Mumbai, November 3 - Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's all-time blockbuster Jawan has almost completed its theatrical run but not before setting the box office on fire over 8 weeks. Directed by Atlee Kumar, the action thriller was released on September 7, and 8 weeks later, it stands as the highest-grossing Indian film of the year.

"Jawan" has been an unstoppable force since its debut and has broken many records during its journey which has been one of the longest in the post-COVID-19 pandemic era. With not much left in the tank to score, "Jawan" finished its run with approximately 640 crores of all India net collection, of which 582 crores have come through Hindi and approx. 58 crores in Telugu and Tamil.



Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, "Jawan" has had an exceptional run at the overseas box office as well with an estimated collection of 400 crores, making it the highest-grossing Indian movie of the year overseas and the highest of all time without China.

Made on a budget of over 300 crores, "Jawan" is the 5th highest-grossing Indian movie of all time with a global box office collection of over 1150 crores. It is the second Indian movie of the year to top 1000 crores worldwide, after "Pathaan" which was also headed by Shah Rukh Khan.
