Here are the full results for this Wednesday's AEW Dynamite Episode which is slated to air live on December 20, 2023, at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, OK.

AEW Dynamite airs every Wednesday (Tuesday Special on October 10) at 8 pm ET on TBS in the United States. In Canada, AEW Dynamite is available through the TSN website. In India, AEW Dynamite airs on Eurosport every Thursday at 6:30 AM IST.



The show is available on the TSN Direct streaming service at 10 pm Eastern, the same time that the show will air live on TNT and FITE TV.

Continental Classic Gold League: Swerve Strickland vs. Rush



The match ignites as Swerve initiates the action by delivering a swift kick to Rush, following it up with a series of impactful chops. In response, Rush retaliates with a forearm strike, propelling Swerve out of the ring. Seizing the opportunity, Rush takes to the air with a daring dive onto Swerve and subsequently hurls him back into the ring, unleashing a relentless assault in the corner.

Executing a powerful powerslam, Rush goes for the cover – 1… 2… a resilient kick-out from Swerve. Undeterred, Swerve rallies, pinpointing Rush's vulnerable leg and launching a strategic attack. Rush, showing resilience, rolls out of the ring. Swerve attempts a kick, but Rush counters, executing a formidable maneuver that deposits Swerve on his head. Taking control, Rush propels Swerve into the barricade, only for Swerve to counter with a German suplex. Rush regains composure, responding with a well-timed dropkick just before the broadcast takes a commercial break.

Returning from the break, Rush executes another German suplex, but Swerve retaliates with one of his own. Both competitors find themselves down, engaging in a fierce exchange of strikes. Rush propels Swerve into the corner, attempting a bull's horns maneuver. However, his injured leg falters, allowing Swerve to capitalize by locking in the stretch muffler. Rush manages to escape, countering with a forearm strike followed by a straight jacket piledriver. The cover ensues – 1… 2… a near fall.



Swerve retreats to the apron, prompting a striking exchange between the two on the edge of the ring. Rush gains the upper hand, executing a belly-to-belly throw off the apron and guiding Swerve back into the ring. Climbing the top rope, Rush aims for a senton but misses, leaving an opening for Swerve. Seizing the moment, Swerve connects with a 450 splash and follows up with a flatliner and a brainbuster. The cover unfolds – 1… 2… another close kick-out. Undeterred, Swerve presses on, delivering the decisive blow with the Swerve stomp to secure the victory.

Last week, Omega found himself in the hospital due to diverticulitis, and as a consequence, he is now sidelined from AEW indefinitely. Jericho expresses uncertainty about the duration of Omega's absence and emphasizes that the primary concern is Omega's health.

Jericho acknowledges the impact on their title shot, noting the significance of Omega's role in the Golden Jets. He urges Omega to prioritize his well-being and take as much time as needed for recovery. Jericho reassures that the Golden Jets will resume their pursuits once Omega is back in action, underlining the importance of supporting Omega during this challenging period.

Continental Classic Gold League: Jay Lethal vs. Mark Briscoe

The bout kicks off with Jay delivering a resounding slap to Mark, who retaliates with a barrage of chops in the corner. Engaging in a fierce exchange, both competitors trade strikes, showcasing their striking prowess. Lethal takes control with a well-executed hip toss followed by a precision dropkick. Upon return, Lethal gains momentum with his signature Lethal Combination. As he ascends the top rope, his progress is halted by an interruption, leading to both competitors tumbling down. Undeterred, Lethal regains his composure and attempts to climb the top rope again, only to be thwarted by Mark's well-timed dropkick. Seizing the opportunity, Briscoe dives onto Lethal, displaying his willingness to take risks.

Lethal retaliates with a German suplex, seamlessly transitioning into a rolling senton, followed by an elbow drop. The cover ensues – 1… 2… a resilient kick-out from his opponent. Mark slams Briscoe, setting the stage for Briscoe to unleash the Fisherman’s Buster. The cover follows – 1… 2… another close kick-out.

Mark shifts the momentum with a Death Valley driver, attempting to capitalize with the Froggy Bow. However, Jay anticipates the move and raises his knees in defense. Lethal seizes the opening, executing the Jay Driller and going for the cover – 1… 2… a determined kick-out. Briscoe, showing resilience, retaliates with the Burning Hammer and follows it up with his version of the Jay Driller, securing the victory in an intense showdown.

The broadcast transitions to a compelling video package featuring Wardlow, passionately expressing his determination to break MJF and bring him to his knees. Wardlow's words set the stage for the impending confrontation within the wrestling ring.

Suddenly, the arena resonates with the distinctive entrance music of Samoa Joe, heralding his arrival. Once in the ring, Joe takes the microphone and declares that he has come seeking answers. Acknowledging Roderick Strong's valid concerns about the masked assailants, Joe points out the absence of footage depicting MJF's alleged attack. In a bid to unravel the mystery, Joe calls out MJF to address the accusations.

MJF's entrance theme fills the arena, and he strides confidently to the ring. In response to Joe's inquiries, MJF contends that he was ambushed from behind, emphasizing the lack of concrete evidence to support the accusations against him. Despite Joe's assurances of protection, MJF expresses distrust and makes it clear that he neither likes nor trusts Joe. In a defiant stance, MJF asserts his desire to dismantle Joe's world right there and then, setting the stage for a potentially explosive confrontation between the two formidable personalities.

Number one contender’s match for the AEW Women’s World Championship: Saraya vs. Riho

The contest initiates with Saraya asserting dominance, knocking down Riho. However, Riho quickly rebounds, retaliating with a series of strikes that send Saraya rolling out of the ring. Taking advantage of the situation, Riho executes a succession of tiaras, creating momentum in her favor. Nevertheless, Saraya cleverly utilizes the security guard as a shield and launches a counterattack, slamming Riho forcefully into the barricade.

Post-commercial break, Riho makes a strong comeback, delivering another round of tiaras and showcasing her agility with a Tiger Feint Kick, followed by a well-executed crossbody. The cover ensues – 1… 2… a near fall. Regaining control, Riho focuses her efforts on wearing down Saraya, aggressively targeting her in the corner. Climbing the top rope in an attempt to capitalize, Riho's dive is thwarted as Saraya delivers a well-timed kick. The cover follows – 1… 2… another close call.

In a shift of focus, Tony Schiavone steps up to the microphone, delivering a statement on behalf of Christian Cage. Reading from a letter, Schiavone announces that Christian is currently on vacation with Nick Wayne and acknowledges the impact of his absence on the fans' lives. Christian pledges to return this Saturday on Collision, where he will address Adam Copeland. He anticipates a hero's welcome upon his return to the ring.

Backstage, tensions escalate as Samoa Joe and MJF engage in a heated argument. The dispute takes an intriguing turn when Joe discovers a mask outside the Mogul Embassy's dressing room. Knocking on the door, he confronts Prince Nana, only to be interrupted by the emergence of Swerve. MJF, recognizing Swerve from their history, expresses a peculiar sense of pride in his growth.

MJF, however, asserts his perceived superiority, claiming that Swerve is not on his level. Swerve, unimpressed, labels MJF as the best chauffeur in his life and issues a warning about his choice of words. MJF, undeterred, belittles Swerve's aspirations, accusing him of attacking the World Champion and questioning if he is the Devil himself. Tensions escalate, and just as MJF threatens to break Swerve's arms, Samoa Joe intervenes, redirecting their attention to other pressing matters.

Singles Match: Roderick Strong vs. Komander

The contest commences as Strong takes control, knocking down Komander with a swift kick. Strong proceeds with a relentless assault in the corner, unleashing a series of strikes on his opponent. Undeterred, Komander mounts a comeback, countering with an armdrag and a tiaras, followed by a well-executed dropkick that propels Strong out of the ring. Despite Strong's recovery and a subsequent impactful kick, both competitors find themselves tumbling to the outside.

Upon the return from the commercial break, Komander seizes the momentum with a superkick, delivering a barrage of forearm strikes. He follows up with an impressive crossbody, leading to a near fall – 1… 2… a resilient kick-out from Strong. The intensity continues as Strong drives Komander into the corner, delivering punishing chops and positioning him on the top rope.

However, upon returning Strong to the ring, Komander's dive is met with a well-timed knee from Strong. Capitalizing on the opening, Strong executes an End of Heartache, securing the victory in an action-packed showdown.

Continental Classic Gold League: Jon Moxley vs. Jay White

The contest initiates with White opting to leave the ring momentarily, strategically assessing the situation. After re-entering the ring, Moxley seizes control, applying a tight sleeper hold and delivering a series of punishing anvil elbows. The intensity escalates as Moxley executes a piledriver, leaving White reeling.

In response to the onslaught, White rolls out of the ring, seeking a reprieve from Moxley's relentless assault. Seizing the opportunity outside the ring, White strategically sends Moxley crashing into the unforgiving steel steps. Swiftly transitioning, White returns Moxley to the ring, taking advantage of the opening to launch a counteroffensive, attacking Moxley relentlessly in the corner.

Moxley stages a comeback, delivering a powerful backdrop to White before sending him back into the ring. Seizing the opportunity, Moxley aggressively assaults White in the corner. However, White quickly turns the tide, strategically targeting Moxley's legs and subsequently knocking him off the top rope.

Post-commercial break, White continues his offensive onslaught against Moxley, delivering resounding chops. Moxley rebounds, taking control and unleashing a relentless assault in the corner. Setting White up on the top rope, Moxley executes a high-impact superplex, sending both competitors crashing to the mat. Moxley doesn't let up, knocking White out of the ring and following up with a suicide dive.

The intensity of the match reaches new heights as Moxley is slammed into the steel steps by White. Showing a ruthless side, White attempts to introduce chairs into the equation, but the referee intervenes, preventing the illicit use of the weapons. As White re-enters the ring, the referee initiates the ten-count. Moxley manages to beat the count, unleashing a paradigm shift and going for the cover – 1… 2… a close kick-out from White.

The battle rages on as both men exchange fierce strikes. White executes a dragon screw on Moxley, but Moxley retaliates with a knee strike, going for another cover – 1… 2… another resilient kick-out from White. Moxley shifts the momentum with a cutter, but White refuses to stay down, returning with a sleeper suplex and an urinagi.

White follows up with the Kiwi Crusher, attempting another cover – 1… 2… yet another kick-out from Moxley. Undeterred, White executes another sleeper suplex, but Moxley counters with a lariat. The back-and-forth nature of the match continues, with Moxley hitting a stomp and going for the Death Rider. However, White counters and delivers the decisive Blade Runner, securing the victory in a hard-fought and gripping contest.
