Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty has filed a police complaint against Sushant's sister Priyanka Singh, before the Mumbai police on Monday, September 7. ## Rhea cited that "Sushant passed away five days after he obtained a prescription wherein he was unlawfully prescribed psychotropic substances at the behest of his sister Priyanka", in a six-page long complaint as reported by TOI. ## Apart from Sushant's sister, Priyanka Singh, Rhea urged in her complaint that an FIR should also be registered against Dr. Tarun Kumar, under the provision of the IPC 1860, the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs Act, 1985, and Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. ## "Rhea Chakraborty has filed a Police Complaint before the Mumbai Police against Priyanka Singh, Dr. Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, and Others for offenses of Forgery, NDPS Act, and Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines 2020 for having sent a bogus Medical Prescription depicting SSR as an Out-Patient Department person when he was in Mumbai on 8th June 2020 prescribing Schedule Drugs which are listed in Schedule of NDPS Act listed at items 36 and 37 as Psychotropic Substances and Tele Medicines Practice Guidelines 3.7.4 dealing with Prohibited List, which prohibits prescribing of any Narcotic or Psychotropic Substance listed in the NDPS Act. It is misconduct under 3.7.1.4 of the Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines", said Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer Satish Maneshinde in a statement. ## Rhea Chakraborty is currently being probed by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drug case linked to Sushant's death. IPL 2020: Defending Champions Mumbai Indians To Clash With Chennai Super Kings In Tournament Opener

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the schedule of the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League 2020, on Sunday (September 6). Defending and 4 times champions, Mumbai Indians will take on 3 times winners, Chennai Super Kings in the tournament opener on September 19 in Abu Dhabi. ## The tournament will be played in three venues which are Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah. In all, 24 matches will be held in Dubai while 20 match will be played in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah will host 12 matches. ## The action will move to Dubai from Abu Dhabi on September 20 when Delhi Capitals will kick-off their campaign against Kings XI Punjab, followed by Sunrisers Hyderbad's opening match against Royal Challengers Bangalore on September 21. Sharjah's first match is on September 22 when the first-season finalists, Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings take on each other. ## This year, there will be 10 double headers while rest of the matches are scheduled to be played in the evening. The first of 10 scheduled double headers, will be held on October 3 when Royal Challangers Banglore will be against Rajasthan Royals.## Afternoon games will start at 3:30 PM IST (14:00 UAE time) while the regular evening games will begin at 7:30 PM IST (18:00 UAE Time).## Five of the 10 day games will be hosted by Abu Dhabi. Dubai will host four afternoon matches, while Sharjah will have only one match starting at 2 PM. All teams will play a minimum of two day games, with only RCB, KKR, RR and SRH set to play in three.## Talking about who will play where, Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders will play 8 of their league matches in Abu Dhabi, while Sunrisers Hyderabad will play 8 of their games in Dubai. The maximum games Chennai Super Kings, Kings XI Punjab, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Capitals will play at a venue is 7 each in Dubai.## On the other hand, Rajasthan Royals will play six games in Dubai and 5 will play in Abu Dhabi while all teams will play three games each in Sharjah. Probing the drugs angle linked to Sushant Singh Rajput's death case, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) yesterday had arrested Rhea Chakraborty's brother, Showik, Sushant's house manager Samuel Miranda and Dipesh Sawant, a member of the actor's personal staff. ## A day after, the NCB again summoned the actress to join the investigation and further questioning in the late actor's case. While the investigation is still on, Rhea lawyer Satish Maneshinde said in a statement issued on Sunday that the actress is ready for arrest. ## "Rhea Chakraborty is ready for arrest as this is a Witch Hunt and if loving someone is a crime she will face the consequences of her love," Satish Maneshinde said in his statement.## "Being innocent, she has not approached any court for Anticipatory Bail in all the cases foisted by Bihar Police now with CBI, ED, and NCB," he added.## Also Read - "You Have Effectively Demolished A Middle-Class Family", Rhea's Father## FYI, Sushant was found dead in his apartment in Mumbai on June 14. The Mumbai Police had declared his death a suicide before they started their investigation.
